I’ve been checking out some of the premiere seed banks, autos that have yields of 500grams, 600 dollars for 12 seeds, weeds supposed to be second to none but 50bucks a seed is way past my budget. They actually sell the weed in California dispensary’s, minntz and seed junky strains . I thought mephisto was expensive, at least with mephisto you get freebies and the cost is maybe 10bucks a seed

I've had great success with @Herbies Seeds terrific genetics.
Great variety and prices.
Stealth packaging and excellent service.
I'm thinking of using them exclusively, but we will see what happens.

Thanx Bill, I have enough mephisto seeds for 10 yrs. Some of these breeders are doing insane things with autos, way outta my league price wise . 50 bucks a seed is nuts , and they don’t guarantee germination . As much as I’d like to grow a plant like that it’s not gonna happen. I couldn’t be happier to have a tent

Unfortunately I have a very addictive personality so I have more seeds than I can grow. Yes 50bucks is crazy, I was reading seed junky was at a festival and sold 200 clones for a 1000 a piece, weed is huge buisness, the market has to be getting flooded you’d think the prices would come down, but for the high end guys it’s seems to be getting more expensive. These guys have autos getting 500grams, that’s a healthy yield

We have the opposite problem here.
The prices have dropped so much its almost impossible to make a profit in the industry here at the moment.
Stacey spends all day trying to save the company money.
You can get an ounce of good weed delivered to your door for $100.
How does a company make a profit on that?
Seeds and clones haven't been hit as bad but still not a lot of profit to be had.
Yet all other costs have increased.
Electricity, gas, diesel, nutrients all have gone through the roof here.
Yet prices still continue to drop.
It's going to wipe out half the industry here eventually.
At some point if your not making a profit. Right.
I have a few seeds left but not many.
I've contacted Herbies Seeds to see if they want to sponsor me.
We will see.
If I can get a sponsor it'll save a few hundred in the long run.
Plus their genetics are amazing.
Wow a pound from an Auto, that's amazing.
I'm not a big fan of autos.
I find the buds are always weird looking, like a pine cone.
Fems are always my first choice.
Just have better results with them.

Wow 100bucks that’s crazy, I know delivery here is 225 for an oz. The dispensary’s are complete ripoffs , I think 500 for an oz of garbage. I just read an article on Colorados weed buisness and how their getting killed , guess it’s so easy to grow why buy it. They said during covid sales were huge , everyone stayed home and got stoned. It’s a shame, it’s nice to make a few bucks on the side off weed , or if it’s how you make a living it sucks

I ran a medicinal pot buisness for a few years.
All kinds of products I made from my garden.
Salve, bathbombs lip balm tons of different products.
Shipped all over Canada, which helped.
Not confined to one province.
After the fire I gave up that license and operation.
Now it's just personal medicinal use.
Buying until I had a harvest was heartbreaking.
But now I'm set.

That sucks Bill, life never stops throwing curveballs that’s for sure. I’ve certainly had my share and I know it’s not done.

Day 10, I had the lite too high, I’m not used to the tent. Guess the tents 4 feet high, I had to raise the plant, she’s growing now

Day 14 , strawberry crinkle, 1L water every other day . Geoflora veg is down and I gave her GROBIG FF today. Very slow start for this plant and I’ve read she’s a slow grower for everyone at this stage, hopefully she’ll start growing now

Day 15, one shot of FF Growbig and she’s growing now, I was getting worried

Day 16, she looks like she’s gonna throw pistils soon so I’m not applying Geoflora veg anymore, I’ll apply FF Grow big until pistils show. Plant has beautiful structure, I enjoy growing new strains when you have no idea how it’s gonna gro.

I’m hoping I’m able to get seeds for this new colab from Nightowl, she’s a beauty. Seed drop on the 18th of this week

Day 19, strawberry crinkle is growing more like a bush, short and squat. I’ve got bud sites but I’ve never grown a plant that’s done this. Seems a lot of people growing this strain are having problems. Seeds won’t germinate or the plants are stunted, usually have pistils starting to show by now but I have none. Maybe she’ll gro when the pistils show, have to wait and see

Day 20, she’s starting to spread out alittle, hopefully when she’s starts flowering she’ll stretch a lot.

Got seeds last nite on the drop from a collaboration of Nightowl and Darkhorse, Darkowl , marathon OG , 60bucks for 5 seeds, don’t think they give freebies. Absolutely beautiful plant, the pot is supposed to be incredible. Their some seed banks coming up with some beautiful potent new strains. The THC on alot of them are testing over 30%
