Good Morning MC and fishy. I have a bunch of ribs to smoke today for a party tonight so I'm going to do a toke or two over the day and enjoy. With the aroma for the tent, the drying box and smoking ribs it should be a delightful day. :circle-of-love:
 
That sounds Outstanding Bee! I have a huge Brisket I have been wanting to throw in the smoker and now I really want too!

Brisket OH MY I haven't done one in over a year. It's about time I did. Sons birthday is coming up so I just might have a good reason. Munchies oh no
 
only thing that cant be Qed is Ice Cream. thinkin a Few bits of chicken may curb my desire. not enough of us here for a big ass chunk of beef:)

You can't Q ice cream but you can deep fry it. mmmmmmmmmmm with caramel topping.
 
How do you Q chicken fishy?

I brine my chicken that I'm going to smoke in buttermilk with salt and pepper added for 8 hours or more and then into the smoker at 250. Mopping quite often with apple juice with a little rub added to it. Sometimes i add BBQ sauce to the juice for a different flavor. I use a thermometer to tell when to take it out

It's been a busy morning. I pulled the first one I chopped, the Pakistan Chintral Kush/Afghani Bullrider, out of the drying box and jarred it up. I'm pleased with weight even if it's a little low. I got 76 grams put away and I took one toke of it. I'm a light weight but I have been stoned for 3 hours now. Nice. Small bud porn for you.

Might as well throw in the rest of the clan. the three Harlequin from the tent. Lots of trich that are still all clear. With the DLS it can come really fast at the end and catch a person off guard.

The humidity is crazy right now. It was 72% this morning and at least down to 60% now. Glad my girls outside aren't in flower. I would be going crazy. the longest thing I did this morning was clean up the tent girls. I pulled most the fan leaves off I did it in the tent and that should have happened. IT WAS FIGGIN HOT IN THERE
