I got more rain last night and it's overcast with a bit of drizzle now. It's been about 2 weeks of constant rain now. I've removed a little rot too, just cut the offending bud off and hope for the best.šŸ¤”šŸ™„ I think two weeks is my magic number too.:hmmmm: Found another caterpillar too.šŸ™„:bong:
Yeah, we're overcast here too, with a little peek of sun here and there. The rain is predicted to start up again late afternoon into the evening. I haven't had any caterpillars yet this year, but I'm still watching for them.
I had started spraying BT, but with all the rain I haven't seen the point for a while now. The hornets usually take care of them anyway.

I just got about 3 months with of rain the last 4 days. Easily over a foot. Hope everyone else in the path of this hurricane is going OK!

I'm just baffled at my plants honestly they amaze me everyday... if I could send you a clip I got some gnarly footage of high speed winds hitting my plants and they just took it.
They arenā€™t in the jar yet bruv.

I have learned to be humble. You donā€™t get to high five yourself until they are in the jar. Wilt, rot, breakages, infestations, disease, it can go to shit at any time.

Lolling.

All of this. Just lost most of one of my PGC with bud rot. So much water recently.

Not really worried about it plants have support, healthy microbes, ph is on point the npk has been slightly under not over so haven't had a single toxicity all year only lost 1 nug to bud rot because of aphids but lacewings showed up and cleaned them up for me plants have had perfect weather all year so chances are I'm going to have a great harvest I don't need luck i put in the hard work and it shows.

You just gotta dust yourself off, and plant another bean. Xo

Iā€™ve been there too.

Unless you get spidermites.

Kong has reached the end of the line. I'll be stripping fan leaves shortly, and harvesting as soon as possible.

Gorilla Glue #4

Each of the following is a separate bud.

Godzilla Glue #4
Godzilla is still clear of rot, but has powdery mildew. And a seed or two.

Survivor
I'll be moving her inside soon.

Sounds like what we had a few years ago. That was the wettest September on record for this area, and I lost most of my crop.

And even in the jar you can still get mould!
That is so true. :lot-o-toke: šŸ‹
Sadly.

Especially when you've got weed in your jars!

Bad luck can ruin hard work.

Me too.

sucks about the rot, but hopefully you found it all soon enough to get it out of there and not ruin the whole harvest. šŸ¤ž
Thanks Stizz1e!
It's moving fast with all the rain, but so far it's been easy to see on the surface. I'll be checking every bud carefully.
What Stizz1e said! It's nice to see the monster still hanging on though. :nervous-guy:
Thanks Shed!
Something about her reminds me of the Skywalker OG I grew two years ago.

My next effort will be a Skywalker x Guava [Original Sensible Seeds]
I have high hopes it will be good

Time in the jars really brought out some Blueberry terps, so it'll be interesting to hear how the Guava interacts with it.

I really don't even care that much. Once these went outside, they became "expected casualties" with no real high expectations. That said, I gotta check the rest of the plants and determine if they need to be cut soon. If there's no more rot, I'll have pounds...way more than I need for sure!

Also got 2 more in the tent already so there's that. These guys need to be up-potted soon. They are already at node 4 and just over an inch tall and wide!

They look salvageable :)

I really love it when I grow a sickie. I really find it so satisfying coaxing them back to good health. Makes me feel good inside :)

Hope you have the best day!

Yea, they'll be fine. They took FOREVER to get this far though. However they're autos, so the stunting of growth needs to be addressed soon so I don't end up with a 3 inch tall plant at harvest! LOL

As my ole nan used to say ā€œ3 inches is better than no inchesā€.

The big ape made it! WooHoo! :woohoo:

That's a lotta' damn leaves. We need an app for that.

How long you think it'll take you to strip them all (ballpark estimate)?

Congrats on the JOTM win! :welldone:
