Been a long time since I moved any product.
There is so much available at any given time and nobody wants to pay for it.
So the price has fallen off a cliff.
I saw an article today.
Cops busted a grow op in Brantford.
83 thousand plants.
Worth 83 million they said.
A $1000 per plant.
Where are they getting that kind of money for their pot?
Even at a pound per plant you still couldn’t get a grand.
I need to find where the cops are selling it.
I could use a taste of that.
Dam I’d be happy with $500 per plant.
If I got a $1000 per plant @10 a month for 5 years that’s, mmm carry the 3 , a fek ton of money. Hehe.

It was 11 hours straight of trimming.
I had help too.
Stacey did fan's and I did the close trim.
It's a bit longer than I expected really.
But I did a meticulous job.
Buds that nice need good care.
Between the @VIVOSUN VS6450 light and their co2 control unit I managed to produce some stellar buds, absolutely stellar.
When are you coming to smoke some with me?
I'll make sure I've lots on hand.

That’s about what the Illinois government has done here but they taxed it so high that people would rather pay half price for black market weed. They still sell quite a bit I guess rich people don’t care. But everyone I know goes to Michigan once a month and stocks up for the month. CL

Every pot producer in Canada sells everything to the government.
They mark it up then tax it then sell it to the dispensary’s.
But they also sell directly to the public.
Cutting the throat of anyone who put their money into a brick and mortar.
So you have 2x the overhead and no way to compete with anyone selling it.
It’s devastated the industry.
It’s a shite show.

The prices fell so drastically because the legal market is in competition with the black market.
They both get screwed but it's great for the consumer though.

$600k assuming no costs and you just put the cash under the mattress, no taxes or investment.

Same here - nightmare to sell. Middle men set themselves up buying up the local for nothing. Loads of people quitting the biz. Dispensaries want to sell for $20’a gram - too high. They won’t pay more than $3 and the “distributors” are selling at $1-2 Some farm was offering indoor for 50c our indoor all in costs 70c a gram.

But all these middle men parasites are foreigners. Importing illegal weed from overseas and selling it with no work permits. Dunno not sure that will last past end of the year. Which will be a big yay!

They said they arrested 18 people.
They were living on site.
I'd didn't say any names though.
But I can't imagine that you would get many Canadian people to do that.
Short of running an advisement in the paper it would be difficult.
Not impossible by any stretch though.
I imagine it was people having difficulty getting proper papers and work permits, if you get what I'm not saying.
Huge huge industrial wear house. I mean HUGE!!!
How do you even put a project that size together without anyone seeing what's going on.
I never thought about that.
Truck it to the states where it's expensive, clever.

The design of those massive setups is so cool. I nearly nearly got the chance to have an 8x10m room design. <insert picture Homer Simpson drooling> built. 50/50 deal. Market fell and on the downswing my friend was thinking about just keeping 6 rooms for him and split 2 with others. A week or so later when the market got worse the construction was halted.

But the fun you can have with the environment controls, irrigation and gas.

They had 5000 pounds of dried cannabis too.
So they were running for a while.

They are at the dry stage where they are soft.
Slowly dropping rh right now.
They are freeken awesome buds though.
It seems you spend more time waiting for your construction crew than watching them work.
Buy them a watch.
