I've wired up panels to large buildings like that.Usually when it’s illegal grows they tap into a neighbors electric. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did it to a couple of them. CL
It must have been inplace prior to construction.
There is a big process to bring it into the building, split it install switches etc.
Ontario Hydro crews won't even work on it.
You have to install a switch ahead of the panels.
So they very well could have bypassed the meter.
Then hook up a panel not getting any reading from the meter.
Just the scale of it though.
Think about supplies, nutrients etc.
How do you supply it on scale without raising flags.
Or even the construction aspect, who's doing this under the table?
Where do I get that job?
