Ganesha's Evolution

They are nice ,there's a Tasmanian company that make Maton guitars and they are just as beautiful as the Martin guitars rich sound and butter in your hands
I’d like to check one out but it’s pretty hard to believe that it sounds as good as a Martin. There’s other companies that make good sounding acoustics. Taylor makes a good one but I think I’m just prejudiced about Martin’s. Anyone who has been making guitars since 1833 must be doing something right. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

That guitar is prolly worth a small fortune. Depending on the model but damn I would love to play it or just hear it. Classical guitars are cool but not my thing. CL🍀
Probably, he got them from his dad who was like a big crooner here in the 50's & 60's and it's like the nice series with the elaborate bindings and superb finish.
And his son is a great player those guitars still find their way on albums every year.

Yeah I fell in love with the classical sound, and it gives you so much room and control and dynamics, but that's also the challenge, everything needs the appropriate technique.

All the Australian artists use them religiously.

Plants look great. I like the photo frame thing you have going on with the photos. Is that a photoshop job that you put in?

Oldroll app, camera app with a bunch old camera styles.
Yeah the plants, I need to make these yield as I just had to throw away a bunch of bud

Oh no... turned her around yesterday.

In soil right?
Feeding like this.
Full strength flowering nutrients.
Then dry a little then water.
Feed & dry a little then water.
Feed, water Feed water.
Like this?
All Full strength? What are you feeding?

And let's confuse Bill even more and quote him across threads... o_O

Yes soil.. only SIP on the bottom so no dry always fed.
Feeding Terra Acquatica dual part at full strength, but I am using my tapwater again as I bought the formula for hard water, I wanted to see if I could use my tap water that way (now my tap water used to get me into trouble I know that as distilled worked way better) but so far everything was okay.
I did feed extra nutrients on top during veg from the biocanna stuff well to make them grow and keep up with the growth as they were a bit pale and greened up nicely when I started doing that.
Now I did start filling the res with the flower nutes as well it's flower nutes from now on in the same proportions so I don't have to refill often.. but that could have resulted in a higher water table in the soil as before I was kinda half filling the res.

Well now I'm really lost.
Sips aren't my Forte, sorry.
I wouldn't even know where to start.
@Azimuth :ciao: is a sip pro I believe.
I'd just make it worse. :Namaste:

If you've been keeping the reservoir at generally a lower level and then switch to filling it, there may be a transition period for the roots depending on how big a difference there is between the two water levels.

Any changes in feed?

Glad I decided to flush, made a cut out so I can tip the pot.

Flushed and then put her outside as it's nice out...
IMG_1697376813372.JPEG

And then spotted the possible culprit
IMG_1697376866172.JPEG

Seems I poured some roots out with the flush.... but that can only happen if they found their way into the reservoir. the smaller SIP doesn't seem to gap as well.. need to keep the water table low it seems.
I also had a bit of sulfur smell.

I'm giving the roots some air... but if they are in the can... hmmm
I can stick a pump down the feed tube and bubble the res?

Well this isn't DWC. Design is fairly shallow reservoir with an air gap.
:) I know and you keep saying that but if roots are constantly submerged in a nutrient fluid I don't know what else to call it and I know that's very hard to do without, as I had to add an airstone to keep the roots from turning.
Well I'm not going to fill the res full up again gonna keep it at half.

Yeah flush is already done res is dry now, only have a smidgen of peroxide left must get some tomorrow.
I do feel there's some darker greens returning to some... not sure yet.. and I should probably do the big plant as well as at the bottom I see some turning as well.

Hello Fenderbender!

I'm doing my due diligence to become an informed voter for the JOTM contest. I was glad to see that yours was just 8 pages in, so it was the one I chose to read first.

BTW, my favorite line out of the entire journal:

I would think any leave & stem would act as a membrane transducer resonating with frequencies and these micro vibrations could be beneficial in how fast the liquids inside the plant can behave and move?
That's deep...I think?

Looking forward to seeing the finish!

Maybe try to flush the reservoir, then treat it with H2O2 or something to reset it.
I’m always behind the curve with people like Azi about - likely a scare unless you res is getting above say 32c regularly.

But yeah - H2O2 flush does about three good things in this situation.

Plus - give yourself a nice surfer dude type hair colouring treatment with it with the left overs!

Nick
