Barney's Farm - Mimosa X Orange Punch - SIP

I’m thinking it might be time to remove those bottom fans. They are huge and gnarly lol all rough feeling.

Normally I would have already removed those but with the quad thing I don’t want to mess it up anymore than I already have haha!

Thank Jesus!

I thought it was the white speckle of the devil.
Luckily it isn’t. I did have a scare and pulled out the loop, turns out it was dirt LOL

Day 35:

Well I just couldn’t deal with those fan leaves so off they came:

Can really see my triline now LOL however it is growing back, but there is no way in hell it’s going to catch up to the rest of the canopy. I am thinking that at some point I’m just going to have to snip it.

Got a shot under the skirt for Tra lol this was one of those huge fans. No mites :)

Not sure what happened but I couldn’t see my text anymore LOL.

Anyway the leaves were blocking airflow to the surface of the media and it started to go green. I roughed it up a bit and now with those leaves gone that shouldn’t be an issue.

The training continues and I’m still working on getting the lower now even with the top node. Still more work to be done there. Anyways that’s it for her today.

If you can get it higher than the others, the plant will send the bulk of the growth hormones to what it perceives as the new apical node and it'll catch up quickly.

Maybe I should take the training off the lowers until they catch up and then resume?

Let the lower one grow a bit so when you tie it down you can do so equal in height to the others.
That’s what my thought was. Will only take a day or 2 for that to happen!
