Hazmatz Cerberus Grow

And I know alot of people don't like to start journals until they have something great going...but I think it's important for new comers and even pros to see a journal that isn't all sunshine and rainbows....stuff happens... And it should be documented as it could help someone dealing with the same things fix they're problems.
That's the story of my journal!

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make ya sad or anyone for that fact. I'm just being realistic. So for example my Hermie....well that sucked...it was months of good and then bam done...people need to see what can happen if your not careful.... But I took the opportunity to practice drying and curing....even if unsmokable.. I'm absorbing all the information you guys give me...I wish I could be of help to you all in the future like you have done for me.
All of your learning becomes a part of our learning...100%

Ok....so I did something that is probably frowned upon and prolly super risky but I did it any way as I figured if the seeds were dead then I can't hurt them...right?! Yesterday after me being upset with seeds all day at work, I came home and did some research on germination and looked up any kind weird way to speed it up or help. And I came across a couple pages that talked about steaming vegetable/ fruit seeds for quicker germination. So the 3 Acapulco gold are done...rest in piece Larry, curly, and moe ... But for the three northern lights I decided to try some steam from a clothes iron with a steam function.... Each cup got a steam bath until the soil was damp and starting to steam on top...I know that's the risky part of trying not to cook the seeds....well after I did that i covered them tightly with cling wrap and haven't looked at them since yesterday at around 4:30p.m..... These babies sat germinating for 8 days with no response and after I checked this morning....o_O... There is two sticking up every so slightly from the soil :adore:...I'm not in the clear yet as they still must get out the ground and stand up green... But I'll take it for what it is. Figured I'd share what's happening in hazmatz laboratory :p .
Below are three pictures of the brown dead Acapulco gold seeds, they are soft and starting to mold..one of them started to pop 3-4 days ago and stopped ..... And next below are the three northern lights two of which sprouted and one I found this morning after moving soil it's all white (seed and all) and molding...so that one is a done to... But thanks for stopping by to witness this madness lol

Big risk = big return, good job on the experiment! Nobody never got anywhere playing it safe :shaka:

I just hope you can get one refund on your bunk beans.
I've already reached out to him and he said yes either money back or replacements... I want the seeds I can always make more money can't make more seeds with out a plant lol

Good to know you can steam the soil top to help germ stubborn beans.
One of the articles I read used basically a pressure cooker with a steam function... And all the pages were for veggies and fruits non for green.
