Hazmatz Cerberus Grow

Wow @HappyHazmat88 Great journal so far. I have never heard of steaming seeds to get them to pop. I guess at that point you had nothing to lose. I wish I could answer you about your stems, but I am a fairly new grower myself. I am going to tag along here, though.
Happy Growing.
Awesome thanks for stopping by. And yea I really had nothing to lose.. just putting this brain to work and it paid off ..not sure if a fluke or what but it worked. And yes this is my second grow first failed, so I'm basically trialing and erroring everything. But if you have any insight I'm always open to listen. Thanks again.:cheesygrinsmiley:

...but I switched the light schedule 12/12 as I need to know the sex before I put anymore effort into this unknown...
Did you just switch the one plant to 12/12 or the whole tent?

Whole tent. From my understanding the babies won't be effected by the light on 12/12 as they will do nothing but just grow until 3-4 weeks when they become mature enough to show sex....and yes I know this technique will keep them small it's no worries.

You're looking to be on the up and up here Happy!!
Lol it's about time, basically like getting hit by a bus and then winning the lottery... Had to have a mistake to be rewarded. but it's thanks to you and all who have helped me stay positive and give me insight on what to do. Still have a ways to go but I'm optimistic on how things will turn out....if anything I'll just eat my veggies if the canna flop o.m.d.b :cheesygrinsmiley:

And I have a quick question regarding the growth... So I know alot of stems are hollow to an extent with like a straw running through the center of stalks and stems... But when I defoiled mine I realized that it had three from every point I cut....is that normal?

Day 36 for the mutant, definitely filing out now and growing well. Still cannot see any indication of sex which should be in the next week since it was switched about a week ago. Same feed/water schedule. I'm ordering another small tent for veggies they need they're own space as they are growing same speed as canna if not faster.

Now for the two babies. Both are growing well but both are exhibiting slight leaf twisting as they grow....idk if that's normal or not but hey they're doing they're thing. They will be moved into Bigger permanent pots by the end of this weekend. still no nutes and only watering 3-4 days or longer until they are dry.

Other than that I am learning patience and only checking them in the morning and before lights out. I am heeding the wise advice here as to just let them be and go do something else. Growing can be compared to baking a cake... Your hungry you want the cake to cook but Everytime you open the oven to check if it's done you blow the heat and slow it down.

But as always thanks for stopping have a dope weekend all :headbanger:

The mutant has been growing very well lately which makes me happy. Did some lst with floral wire which after 24 hours one of the tops turned up so I did the other a few moments ago. It definitely doesn't look as weird as it did before lol I kinda miss the bat shaped leaves.. But I have been watching it to see if it reveals its sex and I believe I have early female calyx?....any input?

Just a few photos of the mutant doing it thing after lst-ing...it's growing faster now than ever which is nice for the slow as molasses start. But I didn't give up on it when it was sick and now it's thriving. I have a few autos started I will show them in the next day or two. But thanks again for stopped ng have a dope day.

It's all about growth and learning and having fun....they are looking healthy and ready to roar
Any insight on this @Krissi1982
So you're saying that you have 3 holes in your stems for nutrient traveling as opposed to just the 1 in the center?? Just wanna make sure I heard you right

Good job on training, one thing I learn is that once cannabis bounce back from LST always going explode with growth! :shaka:

Correct next time I cut I'll show again. I was confused myself as I've spent hours looking at plants in all stages online...and never seen that.

Its bouncing back from each training sesh after 12-24 hours.. and thanks backyardigan I should have done it earlier but I was letting it work out its own kinks.

@Krissi1982 hey so these are the stems at plant that I cut a while ago they are dry now but you can see why I ask:hmmmm: maybe three stems grew together idk... Oh and I came home to a surprise...may I present 1 purple Kush Auto :ciao: so I figured I'd play with my toy and get a cool pic of her... Kinda looks like a baby version of the plant from little shop of horrors lol

Update time, mutant is suffering from shock it's droopy. I transplanted it into a 1.5 gallon pot which will be it's forever pot from here on out. But it is still growing well and the dark green and weirdness is almost gone. I still don't know the sex of this one, just keeps growing with no signs :hmmmm:.....but I'm being patient.

As for the single purple Kush....she now has 2 sister's . All are 5-6 days old. So I have scoured the interwebs on all kinds of info regarding autos... Light cycles..feeding..topping/fimming/lst... Transplanting... And the general basis that I gather is that they do not live long enough to bounce back from stress so basically put them in dirt, give a ton of light, feed light when big enough, and leave them alone. I have each potted in a different size pot ( 3 gallon, 1 gallon, and a half gallon), two reasons for this... 1 I've seen them grown in all different sizes of pots so I want to see what difference the size really makes on these....and 2 I only had enough soil to fill those three ,as the other soil I have has high amounts of nutrients from when I was feeding my last plant that hermied...so it's a no brainer to not use it as it WILL KILL them. All are getting a light spray bottle watering twice a day after tops are dry.

But other plants have been removed from tent as they are not growing well in the heat and humidity.
