Now that's an image I'm having trouble with. I can only imagine Harley all hunched over with this worried look on his face, too much man! lol

So true so true. My son called me one day and tols me that he was really mad at me. I asked why. He said he was using my sayings on his kids just as I used them on him. I told him the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. We both ahd a good laugh.

Is it necessary for the stones to sit on the bottom for the water pump to intake the air bubbles! i understand it should be done, but as of right now i have no choice but to let them float! i want to anchor them but all i am SIMPLY asking is, does the water pump INTAKE THE OXYGEN IF NOT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE RES.

My opinion on that,
I believe with the air stone anchored or not the water will contain the same amount of dissolved oxygen. That is why we use airstones so the oxygen in the bubbles will dissolve in the water. Sure having some bubbles in the water being pumped to the root base is nice but really not that important. I'm just saying the primary function of the stone is to create dissolved oxygen.
