40's!
Oh no... that's just entirely unacceptable. We're still doing 85f/70f.
We did have one day that I didn't have to use AC in the house, but it was close. The garden, with it's various heat sources, is still in need of constant AC and probably will be using it until December. Of course, we could have a warm winter and I may have to leave the AC in place all year... but that's fairly unusual.

Now I say 40's that was twice this week. We still are hitting the 80's during the day but right now very low humidity. We need rain very bad, drought conditions here and no rain in sight.......

We've been super dry too. Humidity has been way down. I keep waiting for the low humidity to cause some bumps in my grow room, but no issues yet. My back yard is quickly becoming a dust bowl as well.
I worry about insect issues around this time of year. The lower humidity can sometimes lead to spider mite or other visiting creatures.

Some cloner shots...

An UltraDog popped... waiting a bit to see if the hat comes off.

Busy day... off to the races!

He's been a huge performer. We love him of course, but he's a star in a field of stars on our offense. Our issues stem from the other side of the nickel. Seems like he's been injury prone. He sure makes a great target for Drew and seems to be a major piece of every game.
If Drew is on target, Snead will be his go-to guy very often... and usually our offense is producing numbers, so I suspect he'll account for a chunk of points for you this weekend.

I'm not the most technical fan and most of my words are based on feelings rather than numbers.... I'll leave the digits for you to divine.

Geaux Saints!

Yep Tead, that tent is full.....Looks like you have BIG plans in your horizon...

It's gonna be tricky.
If I time things right and get a touch lucky, it might work well, but I'm gonna have to get a little creative in order to stay within my size limitations. I'm already pretty close to my current height limit in the flower area and I need the heat to break in order to expand that area up. I'm seeing some 'tie your mama down' action in my near future.

It's like... there are several different balancing acts going on in my garden. Between the heat, humidity, and lighting 'balancing acts' with the added 'size dance', it can get damn challenging. I view it a bit like a weird dysfunction machine with several knobs that all interact with all others when turned. Adjusting the 'heat knob' in any way twists all the other 'knobs' up like crazy. Moving the 'humidity knob' slightly has some major impacts on the 'cloning knob' along with all the other 'knobs'. Etc. Etc. Etc..... you get the idea. It doesn't take very many knobs on the machine before it gets quite complicated and overwhelming.

So... fun night last evening!
I had a fellow grower come to town and let my sweetheart and I drag them to a quality local haunt for some po-boys.
So much fun to have a chat and a bowl with someone from here after all this time. Having an open conversation in person with another grower really is a very rare treat for me.

Was a fun time indeed! Was nice to be able to kick back and talk shop with someone else. As a new grower it was interesting to see how someone with the skill can take less than desirable (to say the least) conditions and grow beautifully healthy plants while I struggle to grow healthy plants in far better conditions. The grow was an interesting affair, I really enjoyed seeing your hempy girls.

One thing I have missed since I moved away from Florida was sitting on the porch with my neighbor and shooting the shit. This brought me back to the good ole days of what I like to call "porch time." Was definitely a good time. The spelunking was just the icing on the cake. We will definitely have to do it again, we will have to figure a way to get SweetSue to join us!

OMG, spelunking? You guys went spelunking without me? Geez guys. Didn't even ask. :laughtwo:

Dale and I once helped a crew from the Carnegie Museum collect and haul out fossil matrix from the highest altitude cave excavated in the Rockies. I did love crawling around in that cave. It was my only real caving adventure, but one that left many fond memories.

Don't get too excited, no caves were involved, I use the term spelunking a little freely there. But we were sitting there and it came up that we must get you out for a visit!

New Orleans spelunking has to rank up there with snipe hunting and submarine races.
I'm not leaving that porch till I get an alligator po-boy.
