H00k Almost Shitz Brix: One More LOS First, Girlz 2018

Nice harvest H00k. I wasn't here for the whole journal so is PE Purple Envy or Pineapple Express? I haven't seen a purple envy that actually goes purple yet.
The 30 amp fuse on a 15 amp circuit is kinda scary. I assume this is a grow room circuit? I'd get more 15 amp fuses and unplug one thing at a time until it quits blowing the fuse. Or if you have or can get an amp meter. You may just have a bad power cord connection at one of the lights. Is there a dehumidifier in there?

...Yup...Purple Envy, and I've not seen anyone get purple from them as well...the shed is fed from a 30 amp breaker, but not sure how they have the sub panel set up, any everything is old(30+ years)...hence the screw in fuses...a lot of different cords out there, so a lot of variables...gonna keep playing around with it and hopefully get it so I can sleep at night for the next couple weeks...it is still crowded enuff' in there that working on things is a PITA and the temps aren't so great either...near freezing past couple nights...10:30 a.m. and its still only 36F...FFS!......trials and tribulations eh!...oh...old skool dehummer in shed, but not in use...have a good one...cheerz...h00k...:rollit::passitleft:...

..I'm ready for this grow to be finished...while I love this hobby of mine, I'm gonna' appreciate a break and just enjoy the fruits...I don't know how you guys who run perpetual do it...I need a break from the commitment...

...Have a great day and upcoming week!...:ciao:...cheerz...h00k...:rollit::passitleft:

Hey Doc catching back up. Answer to your question... automate everything and keep a fishing pole handy. That's how I do it.

I took a break this summer, 1st one in several years. This hobby can be very rewarding if we stick with it. I'm suffering now since I was a slacker this summer.

You're plants all look GREAT. Fatty cola in da cabin.

Congrats on the harvest and fvck the aphids. I got itchy looking at your pics so I guess that's supposed to be good photography....I felt it for sure. Not thinking it was a good feeling but hey, call it art!

Art = an aphid hanging on the wall with no arms and specially no legs.

I blame tomatoes for them, and there's some strains of cannabis I've ran that attract them. I've had on one cultivar covered like you had, and the plant next to it NONE not a one.

Maybe it takes a standup plant to be the possum??

Yeah bud, catching back up and getting my grow on. Kinda opposite from your thing. I should think a bit about how my schedule is. I like your warm winter months thing.

Yeah that storm... meh, been thru WAY worse. My sister was at the cottage and said they had 2 white outs, heavy ass winds and rain in like 6 hours. Hydro was only out for 1/2 hour. Thats nothing... thunderstorm.

It gets scary on the water, eh?

One time I got aphids like 2 days before chop on 1 plant. I had to toss. I tried everything. They stuck to the plant and dead...couldn't wash em off.

Aphids suck.

Yeah buddy harvest day is here. Sub'd for the pics and Cola Citay!

...Good to see Ya' back Bob...seems you had a most excellent summer up in cottage country...:thumb:...I should take some time one of these summer's and do some travelling...don't much care for driving long distances anymore tho'...maybe I will look at some sort of watering set up to allow that option...we'll see...:hmmmm:...
...Those aphids are still kicking around some...just a few kicking around on the odd leaf, so I just been plucking those affected...Yeah, when Ya' get up close and personal with an infestation like that...kinda grosses one out...:cough:......seems You're getting busy at home cleaning up and things going...I'll be there watching...got a pic of some horsetail I saw down the road...not a great pic, cause they're dying off, but is it the same variety you pick down your way...
...

...anyways...cheerz Bud...:high-five:...h00k...:rollit::passitleft:

...Afternoon everyone...:ciao:...time for an update...Haven't figgered out what the what was/is going on with the electrical issue, but everything that needs to be running is without issue...I have had to turn on a small heater a few times and will only increase...quite likely will see frost starting Friday night...I'm running a separate line from the house for it, to be on the safer side...once I finish harvesting, I'll get out my kill o watt and split jaw smart meter, and see if I can figger out what's going on...speaking of harvest, 4 of the 6 left are getting real close!...P X M, DP, CC, and Caramelo are all mostly cloudy, with odd amber...good chance Fri./Sat.(67/68 days post flip) will see me beginning to chop:yahoo:...the 2 BD's still have a ways to go...prolly more than a week...will likely move them in the auto cabinet, cause it'll be easier to heat...so some pic, in no particular order...

also jarred up the PE and Tut today as well...7.2 and 4.3 zips respectively...not too shabby...the Tut was a bit of a surprise, but the nugs were all super dense...

...PE...

...Tut...

...Have a good one...it's all downhill from here...cheerz...h00k...:rollit::passitleft:...

Yeah go back in the early spring they will be the only thing up beside nettles. Early pickin is best thats when they have the most nutrients. For us and the plants. HT tea is real good for us.

You wanna travel next summer, put your boat on a trailer and haul ass east. Teach me the down rigger deal for Lake Trout. Weslemkoon is a Lake Trout lake and considered a sensitive area so any new cottage building has been on hold for generations. Most all the land around the lake is Crown Land.

Yeah so Lake Trout, large and small mouth bass. I'm a bass fisherman. Prolly caught the Ontario Small Mouth record a few summers ago. Was 29" and close to 8#s. Wopper really made my fishing life. Nothing will compare.... well unless we go Striped Bass fishing in the Chesapeake Bay durring spawn season mid April (WOW).

Just getting started here for fall. I just popped 5 Jellium from IHG. Seeds had tails and then into peat pellets and now nothing for 12hrs.... getting worried. The Slurricane are going good now on the 2nd set of leaves one already looks purple. \

Slurricane is another IHG special. They got a slow start and now are perking up nicely.

In the VEG room I've got 3 Dark Devil about done maybe a week or so. They are homely looking plants. The mites grabbed a hold of them and even tho I got rid of the mites, the plants look shabby. The buds are good and purple tho. Leaves are meh.. like an old babushka... only thing missing is a finger point and niet niet niet... (It's a Russian thing).
I've been the recipient of that.

Slow goings here for now but that's a gonna change here soon. Left the top light on in flower room after I switched a few plants and didn't notice for 3 days. So delayed again but I've got 2 DT going.

One is a VERY trimmed down mother I had going. She's already 4' tall and there's not even any pre-flowers yet. She's going to be a large lady.

I'm ready I'm ready... wait, no I'm not.

Edit: Got high AF with some friends and thought I was posting in my own journal...after 1/2 way down. Sorry sorry sorry.

Then there's this and these folks are my friends:

I did a Purple Envy last winter,,, not a speck of purple.. And I did run it when I should've gotten it to show.... The read,, I was expecting something to knock one's eyes out... But,,, The yield was very good, and the herbs not shabby. I read all kinds of good about the Tut. I like the sound of it.........

...:ciao:...Evening :ciao:...busy day today...started out preparing about 5# 's of venison for jerky...made a few jars of Salsa Verde..and chopped 2 more girlz...DP and Caramelo...house is quite smelly right now...piney...fruity...dank...put some peppermint oil in the dehummer, and wet a sponge with water and same in the utility room where the bags are drying...works pretty well at masking odors...kinda got high and a lil tipsy thru' the later stages, so pic's will most likely be manana, unless I get a second wind...not likely!......have a good one!...cheerz...h00k...:rollit::passitleft:...
