Looking forward to seeing your girls.
Just curious I paid $75 up here for perlite, what did you pay?

Euhm well how much did you buy? to fill those giant tubs I can only imagine.
I bought two bags of 10l which are 4,95 euros each and same amount for delivery.. and dollar and euro are equal at the moment so 15?

2 tips for heat.
Run lights during cooler night time, lights out during warmer day period.

If you can, mount light driver outside the tent.
Yep keep lights off during the warm hours is already a given...but will still be difficult as it takes a long time for things to cool at night.

Just checked nope there's no give on the driver with the SP-150. Running the exhaust frequently or continuously might be needed.

You should be well alright with a sp-150, that's about all I'm using for watts at the moment. As long as it doesn't start hitting 40° outside it's golden.

Not great.. it's quarter past 10 in the evening, it's 32,5° in the tent.. and the humidity says - -% first time I've seen that non number.. with the fan full on it gets down to 30° and the hottest days are still to come.. but there are no plants yet to speak of, I'm just seeing the seed getting pushed up.

Yeah my humidity meter said 10% yesterday.I've never seen it that low before either. I've got a little humidifier and was able to make it 30% with struggle.
The temperature reached 31°c in my tent for the past 2 days...the plants have been fine.
They can handle 30° if there's good air flow. Don't blast them with wind directly but good air around them.
All will be good fender.

Some wild ones appeared in the garden

They don't seem to mind the brown sludge.. the whole bucket of water was a deep brown colour.
The flowering nutes seem to be blue greenish and less viscous.
But the biocanna vega nutes make their bottlesystem useless, shake it up and it looks like it's filled till the cap. I have to look at it from the top and then eye the 40ml mark which is just below the bend.

The watering when I popped them in the soil was with just Rhizotonic and the second one was with Rhizo & Vega at 63% percent of full dosage and that seems to be 27ml on 10l for the second vegetative phase.
I bought small bottles as litre bottles last me years which can't be great, I noticed with the Hesi nutes in one bottle some kind of organic film had formed.
So small bottles to use up in a couple of growths.

Also the Plagron soil felt pretty great, there's rough bits and twigs in it but the overall soil feels very airy yet all well connected? I guess with the sphagnum, it had a pleasant handfeel versus the DCM for Olives in the previous run.
Expensive though as there's no one in the immediate neighbourhood that carries it and shipping it is expensive although fair as driving to get it at the place that has it would easily cost the same, prolly bit more even. I could get four times the amount of reasonable universal soil around the corner for it.. so this better work! :D

I do feel better about the whole thing already as I've got root pouches instead of the air pots.. so any soil pests will be easier to contain and treat.. I've got soil for canna instead of for olives, it contains perlite and I've also layered the pots with perlite and soil which makes me feel a whole lot better about watering, drainage and aeration. so that whole situation at the bottom of the plant is already a lot better than the starting conditions of the previous run.

Channel + nr. 2 is getting there as well.

I've also found the perfect solution for under the root pouches, those metal grids would rust you can see some colouring top right side and well the water just still drips in the tent.. but now the insides of the airpots with a tray.. now I can water even if it runs down the side it will catch it and the bottom of the pouch remains dry.

The new sounds good.
She is taking to it well.
Nice color, looks real healthy.
She will be awesome I'm sure.
I use oil pan trays from the dollar store for underneath.
And a little shop vac to empty them.
Hope everything 8s going well. :ciao:
Take care.

Started training.
I think I'm going to get two more of these nets, so I've got four layers and then I can low stress everything in place and keep an even canopy

I love nice squat indicas.
Healthy happy girls.
Is it easier to work with one screen at a time?

Ah that's what you call it.. seems apt.. I like that too, plants that just start compact and bushy with fat leaves.

Probably it's easier but I just couldn't be bothered with taking it out again :p

Cheers!
