Look I’m gonna be honest. I wouldn’t allow a tent in my house either.

The only reason I start a seedling upstairs is because I’ve made that study/free lamp area pretty to my eye.. and finally found a purpose for my 1970 complete set of World Encyclopaedias that I’ve been lugging around for over 20 years.

I look the other two bulbs out. So my advice, not that you asked, try house lamp rather than tent.

Hard to explain some decisions we make.
Just think of it as a mobile gym.
All the exercise you need lifting those dam things.

So there’s a story to them.

Short version: my mum bought a set just like this before she had kids.

Long version: When my mum and dad were first married, my mum bought this set, well not this set, but a set the same as this from a door to door salesman. I’m guessing her newly married goal was to have educated children and a reference tool. I can remember looking at the frog anatomy as a really little girl, wishing I understood it, while never wanting to cut a frog to see it’s insides. Mum and dad split when I was 7, and she went on to have her 3 feral children basically raise themselves while she got drunk, fucked men and gobbled benzos. I don’t know what happened to the actual books.

I saw them at a garage sale and had to have them. They are a tangible reminder to me that goals take commitment, planning and work. You can’t just buy books and expect magic to happen. They also remind me of my first few years before my mum broke. When we seemed happy as a family.

Shed slab Monday (weather permitting)

Maybe got lucky too, 2nd parcel of Barneys ( from Coffeeshop Seeds) never got delivered on last order, but notification of a parcel today. Thought customs may have confiscated.

I havent had anything else sent to that address so fingers crossed.

It had;

1 x Tangerine Dream
1x Peyote Cookies
1x Orange Sherbet
1x Glookies
1x Mimosa EVO
1x Runtz Muffin
1x DoSiDo 33
1 x Blue Sunset Sherbet
1 x Gelato 45

And other non Barneys freebies (Peyote Gorilla, White Widow × 3 both which are ones Id keep to try, esp WW.)

Some I have already, but these were all ones Ive seen grown or really wanted to try.

If it is seeds Im done, set, for a good while for my personal and collective grows. I went extra as you never know when the gravy train will end.

The only seed I have out of that lot is a Mimosa EVO. Tbh I was saving that for the first full moon in September. I’m doing a side by side with Carcass on his next grow. His grow style makes my heart sing and I’m so stoked to have an opportunity to document a joint grow with him from go to whoa. I reckon you should get a grow under your belt, then we dance. Took me about 17 grows to find my feet lolling. I’ll save that Mimosa as a side by side if it’s our only option tho I do have that Lemon Amnesia and I know you have one of those too. Maybe we do that.

I’m really excited to watch you grow bruv. You need to bang some seeds in

Well that was an experience.

I should probably give background.

The last few times Ive imbibed was with edibles. Before that was a good 12 maybe 14 years since I had stopped, stopped as a daily user.

So last night was the first time Id smoked for about 16 years.

My rolling skills were lacking, but I managed 3 (out of about 13 attempts haha)

Total giggle ride. Like crazy stoned laughter for about 4 hours. Bad as one another for jokes and dark humour. Super dark.

The cure was a bit shit, but the effects on us were anything but mild.

Jays autos are.....well....floundering.

I was looking over my seeds and got a bit impulsive.

Took out a Barneys Farm Watermelon Zkittles, and put her in for a dip.

Apparently she loved it.

I mentioned earlier (maybe not here )
I would name my girls after Pop Stars.

Im thinking Courtney Love;

colourful, crazy, could die at any moment, and shouldnt be a mother, but probably will be.

Needed to get a start, approaching Spring, if my plans are to go the way Id like (outdoors) then the next 2 to 4 weeks are kinda pressing me into action.

If I get her past seedling (and the wife!) Ill start a proper journal.

Im already looking for seed raising mix, goddamn, moving has me at 6s and 7s.
