Cola Monster's Perpetual Solo Cup Grow Feat: ViparSpectra's P2000's x 2

Evening all! :passitleft:

How's everybody doing tonight? Well I hope!:thumb:

Thought I'd post some more photos for the journal of my OG Kush Feminized #1 solo cup plant which is on day 44 of flowering.:ganjamon:

:Namaste:
Are you doing any training or anything on these?

Are you doing any training or anything on these?
Evening Schnookie!

Nope, no training at all but just some supercropping of the top main branches on the Gorilla Bomb and OG Kush #1 plants since they were getting to close to the light for comfort.;)

Good morning folks!:passitleft:

Well I'm here to report the passing of a close friend named Blueberry Cola #1 who was found with some minor bud rot near the top unfortunately to where I chopped her off and then cleaned up any surrounding damage hoping for the best.:lot-o-toke:

I always know going into every grow that there might be casualties of the bud rot war and I can accept to a point if it doesn't get out of control. With less than two weeks left until harvesting the last plant I think I'm good, knock on wood.;)

And on a more uplifting note, both the Northern Lights Feminized plants #2 & #3 (who are completely clean) are getting flushed right now and then harvested around day 56 or so since they're all ready to go.:yahoo:

Have a great day mates and thanks again for all the support!:high-five:

I get grey mold like crazy this time of year, so most of what I have in bloom is Sativa dominant right now. Seems like the easiest way to solve the issue. Those clustered plants get it bad sometimes. Good luck with the rest of them. :thumb:
I hear ya on the growing sativas Chimp. It's the OG Kush Feminized #2 which is indica dominant and its dense flowers that I have to worry about most but the Blueberry is right up there with having compact flowers herself.
I now spend my free time doing visual inspections on all the plants trying to get ahead of any future issues that might crop up which is a pain in the rear but has to be done.:lot-o-toke:

A quick shot for the journal of the Blueberry Feminized chopped cola I cut today next to a 420 nug. jar for size comparison. Another strain I'll be letting go after this run since the flowers are way to thick and dense for me being indica dominant. She was pretty but not quite what I'm looking for pheno wise.:(

:Namaste:

Wow!

Blueberry Feminized chopped cola I cut today next to a 420 nug. jar for size comparison.

I just went a bit mad on blueberry and blueberry kush seeds. So awesome to see them - the blackberry Greenvein grew are just available as autos. Wondering if I’ll just run a couple of them in the veg tent. So beautiful.😅

But more importantly wow!

You are soo OG! That 420mag sticker is old skool! 🤣

Beautiful man!

Nick

Yeah sorry didn’t mean to not give it its due with the mere “sticker” desciption. Poor choice of word by me.

Its just cool! The longevity of it, seeing thst style of logi and going oh yeah that nakes sense and wow this person been around and involved at dozen years, at least! Very, very cool! I’m easy to please with simple things! (Sometimes 😂)

Nick

Happy hump day my friends!🐫

Well it's day 52 of flowering in the garden with all the plants doing okay it seems which puts my mind at ease after having some minor bud rot issues over this past week.:lot-o-toke:

So on that note here's some updated shots of the girls bathing under their two @ViparSpectra P2000 lights.:thumb:

I hope everyone is doing well and have a great day mates.:high-five:

Look I’m not gonna lie to you. This is not what I was aiming for. 😅

But I think it has a certain (scary) charm!

Its strawberries and cream my little guy is eating. Not a bud thief!

Afternoon all! :passitleft:

My sincere apologizes for not responding earlier but I was in my garden until the lights went out last night and than early this morning inspecting the plants one by one after finding another bud rot issue on the Blueberry Feminized #1/B in which I doctored her up as the others and put her back in the rotation hoping for the best as always.
All in all the damage hasn't been to bad with me losing only around a 1/2 oz. or so dry I'm figuring which to me is acceptable in the long run.

Here's a few photos of the plant before and after the minor bud rot damage set in.:(

Thanks for tagging along and have a great day mates!:Namaste:

Good morning all! :passitleft:

Just a quick update for the journal before I head back to the garden where I had to chop off the main cola on my indica dominant Jilly Bean plant today due to bud rot unfortunately.
The main colas on the indica plants are so compact that the stems can't even get air which leads to mold eventually and why I'm removing the strain from the rotation after this run and then sticking to the sativa dominant strains going forward.
So no more Blueberry Feminized...OG Kush Feminized #2...or the Jilly Bean strain which all have dense compact flowers that are prone to getting mold if the humidity is not kept in check.:lot-o-toke:

A couple photos of the minor damage:

I'm really hoping that my sativa dominant Sager Bloom Haze F2 plant can hold on for another week or so before harvesting since she has thick compact colas herself but with no signs of bud rot issues whatsoever.:thumb:

Well that's it for today's journal update, I hope everyone is doing well and have a great day mates.:Namaste:
