Sorry, I forgot to take pictures, but Miss Sticky now has the 5 x 5 all to herself.
Tonight she goes to bed early. Let's see what she's got. Hopefully her name is an indicator
.
I'm going with a hybrid mainlining. I have the floor space so some prime side branching may stay. She's lanky so there is holes in the canopy for some side branching to catch some light.
She brixed at 16 with a good calcium line. That should rise as the PPFD works it's way up from 425-ish to 950-ish, or to whatever she can safely handle.
As soon as the cloner is free I will cut some clones from each LC and get them into a lighter Gaia mix. Both Iklwa and RVDV did much better in Gaia. Most landraces do like milder soil, but if you want an exceptional feeder you need to serve it up and see who can digest it. Miss Sticky loves it and Lil LC does pretty good too.
The other 2 LC's are going to have to wait to get flowered. As soon as they are cloned I'll chop them and reuse the pots before they get depleted.
I'm leaning towards a run of Durban next, after Miss Sticky and Lil LC finish flowering, but I have about 4 weeks still to decide. I'm banking on a 10 week flower period.
I may also plant my remaining Miss Sticky seeds in hopes of a good male to cross with Durban and see what comes of it. Decisions decisions....
I'm taking the entire winter off this year. My last job should be done mid October, and I'm not going to fix anyones anythings until April. I need to practice retirement.
The plants should like that. They have been neglected both inside and out lately.
The veg tent is really crowded now.
