I have them in the bubble bucket with weak nutes. I'll check on them in a few hours to see if she has picked up. I live in the city so no room for an outside grow. Got them under 300 watts of cfl so we will see what happens. :peace:

:reading420magazine: You should be ashamed Olhippy, those fan leaves look terrible:nomo:

Hey guys, i just noticed alittle browning on the tip of one of my leaves. it is on the FIRST set of real leaves, (not the seed leaves). even though i already am having the fourth set come in...what could this be from it is kinda freakin me out...

OK First rule don't freak out! :bong: Take a hit or 2!

You have been having problems with high temps right? What happens to water is this, when it heats up over 70* or so it loses its ability to transfer oxygen and the plants lose the ability to take it up... So the plants in hydro, in temps to far above 70* become over watered... It's not that there is too much water just not enough oxygen... I hope that made sense! :reading420magazine: I think that is the brown you are seeing... Over watering or under oxygenated depending on how you look at it... :peace: ;)

Miller, any info on the PPM before and after nutes? Keep the nutes low, real low right now. Could be part of the issue. Anything else going on? PH, room heat, lights to close, res heat???

do not have a PPM reader...yet....about 1/4 strength nutes....just added about 1/3 more....Ph is around 6 (plan on ajusting it tomorrow) since i already adjusted it this morning....Room heat is about 80 now (i completely moved my whole OP into a different room instead of closet...in the closet my temp reached 91.9 and i decided it was NOT working there...so i relocated into my bed room....the res temp has also dropped about 5 degrees since moving it....it used to be around 80!!! now its about 75...still alittle high probably.. Lights are about 3-4 inches away (CFL) cannot imagine those cause too much heat considering i am only using 2 85w. So idk!! probably should invest into one of those TDS or PPM readers...sounds like they are a

OH and humidity has risen from an average of around 30 to around 50 since moving it....no clue why

and also changing the environment...can that cause stress or stunning?

THat totallty makes sense Mule!! the whole oxygen and water ratio might very well be off balance...i just hate that it is like a hellhole in this place it is just SO HOT all the time...
should i disconnect my water pump for awhile see how they do?

and the hit or two advice...i wish....me and my gf are DRYYYYY :( lol

Is it a sunleaves pump? All of that brand have a threaded intake... Slid off the filter and look in the hole. If it's threaded you can mount that type of pump out side of the tank with a little DIY plumbing...

For now, make up some PH water and put it in a clean milk jug, freeze it... Pull it out of the freezer, cut it apart it and toss into the rez! :cheer: Do not do this once roots have hit the water they hate icebergs hitting them... :peace:

my roots are just about to hit the surface of the water, i have mangaged to snuggly fit my air stones under the water pump, this was a problem because i havent anchored them yet and they have been floating so much (ANNOYING)

and i honestly do not understand what you mean when you are talking about removing the water pump... well i got some photos now to post showing the very minor browning...(just dont want it to spread) there ya go...

Don't worry about the pump thing... I will post pics in my grow later on and you will get it... It entails taking the filter off the pump adding some fittings... That looks like the start of nute burn... No matter what it is do the Roseman 8 stage recovery! Have you added any H2o2? If not add some... :peace:

just add some hydrogen perxoide into the res? and isnt it usually sold as topical solution or something? is that not what i want? where can one find just h2o2

and fyi, my room temp is now down to 77 which is amazing considering it was almost 11 degrees hotter in the other site i had it. And im hoping the Res temp will follow :)

also, how can my own Gal have nute burn if all the other younger ones, not as matured ones havent shown any signs of nute burn?

Once those roots hit the water take that water pump out you won't need it any more .That will help you keep the temp down .. :peace:

Are they all the same seeds and strain? And if bag seed are they all the same plant? Different strains handle stuff in diff ways... :reading420magazine::peace:

yes sir they are all the same.
Not for sure if they are all from the same exact buds from the same exact plant, but definately same strain.
all within a few days age too. its just strange that the oldest/biggest one would pull some crap like that lol

I just wanted to take a moment to say THANKYOU to all the Bubble Heads (MC, Roseman, OBX, FPF, mule, C5Rftw, TheAnswer, yarddog, wowtestdrive, and others) and to express my GRATITUDE that I have such a great place to come learn and get advice. I love you all. That goes for 420 itself also!
:bravo::thanks::thumb::goodjob:
This ones for all of you! :bigtoke:

Well guys i just got back from town got another dual air pump with two air stones, a couple of buckets and lids one more small light reflector just to throw in there for another side lighting. So now since my girls just woke up from there lil sleep time im going to transfer my baby into her own bucket. I set one up before i got online been lettin stones soak in ph water and i filled the bucket up and added nutes to level and got my water pH'd and sittin here so everything is ready to go just about.
