Flower girls are still looking beautiful! Might get another tea brewing just for fun, but everybody is seeming pretty happy for the time being!

Chubby is still hurting. I didn't want to jump the gun, so I gave it a couple days and then gave her 2 litres of water with a dose of the bio flores flower nutes, hopefully that will help give her some of the phosphorus she seems to be hurting for. We'll see how she takes it over the next week or so, and then make adjustments from there!

Today's Update:
Temp: 18-30 degrees Celsius
RH: 40-53%

Seems like the temp and humidity are pretty consistent, with only slight variations on watering days. So that's a plus! I think the plants will appreciate a consistent environment

Flower girls are looking beautiful! Starting to see some characteristic flowers on cookie!! I thought we were right about 3 weeks on speedy, but we're actually only just over two weeks... haha whoops! Bummer!! So cookie is 5 days behind, so just over a week. So long to go!

But everybody is stretching beautifully and looking stellar! We will give them another few teas including nitrogen amendments, and then switch over to fairly strictly phosphorus teas in a week or so (speedy @ 3 weeks and cookie @2 weeks)

Got another tea brewing today!! Today's recipe:
- malted barley (microbe load)
- kelp meal (trace hormones and minerals, plus great fungi food)
- volcanic rock dust (phosphorus and other minerals)
-azomite (trace minerals)
-diatomaceous earth (silica and other trace minerals; I also top dressed chubby as a mild insecticide for soft-bodied buggies)
- coconut meal (potassium load)
-neem Meal (nitrogen load, and insecticide)

All ground up
20200401_231853.jpg

And mixed 1:1 with EWC
20200401_231949.jpg

I gave chubby a little trim today of some of the most damaged leaves, so I can better monitor the progression of the deficiencies that are plaguing her hungry a$$. Hopefully we've got it under control and can flip soon!!!

Yesterday's update:
Temp: 17-30 degrees Celsius
RH: 42-62%

Flower girls both got 2 litres of tea each with some of the bio boost in there. They were starting to look ready for a water!

Chubby got 2 litres of tea with just a touch of the bio flores flower nutes to help with the phos deficiency. No more egg shell ferment!! Haha

Just plugging right along! Definitely starting to look like the start of something beautiful in the cab! :')

RH: 43-68%

Flowers are looking terrific! We're just shy of three weeks since flip for speedy, and 5 or 6 days less for cookie

Probably will get another tea brewing soon, but they're looking pretty good!!

New growth is looking pretty good on chubby, so I might give her just a little more of the flower nutes next water, and then flip her as well!

Yesterday's update (Tuesday)
Temp: 16-27 degrees Celsius
RH: 43-57%

Just chugging right along! Got some water bubbling today so that it'll be all nice and ready for tea brewing probably tomorrow. I did give the flower girls 2L of water each, with a little bit of bio boost and some of the bio flores, as I am getting a little bit of red coloration starting in the girl scout cookie. She definitely turned some pretty colours last time round, but 2 weeks feels a little bit early to be starting so I want to make sure she's not hungry for phos right at this critical time!!

Chubby is Still looking kind of meh. Butt she's not getting worse! So that's a good sign! If I could just find my other timer, these lights would be flipped already... hope I don't have to buy another one! Haha

Just went to check the ladies and discovered the light wasn't plugged into the timer... I feel like such a chum! I must've plugged it in to get some pics just after lights out the other night and forgotten to switch it back . They've probably missed out on two nights of darkness now. So I guess we'll have to watch and see what happens! Hopefully I haven't caused too much damage :'( :rip:

been there :) The plants will give you a funny look for a day or two, but they will get over it as long as you dont do it again.

Whew! Definitely reassuring to hear, thanks Em!! I've been trolling forums all morning trying to see what the consensus is, but all I can really do is wait! Least I caught it kind of early!

Today's Update:
Temp: 23-29 degrees Celsius (high nighttime temps caused by the lights staying on... good way to monitor if I ever do this again!)
RH: 43-54%

Flowers still looking great. Speedy is looking so much more developed than cookie for only being 5 or 6 days ahead of her! This is shaping up to be a promising yield!!! Both of them got 2 litres of water with some bio boost in the mix today. Probably will look at getting a tea brewing tomorrow, already got the water bubbling away and getting ready!

Chubby still looks a little sad. I gave her two litres of water with a little bio flores in there, as well as some seaweed extract powder I had lying around that is supposed to "reduce plant stress". Figured it couldn't hurt! We'll probably stop with the nutes for a little now and just watch and let her have a little time to gather her bearings. The light she is under is turned down a little bit too, so she's not trying so hard while we get her fixed up (roughly 30% intensity)

RH: 44-70%

I've been meaning to water the ladies the last few nights, so I'm glad they're not looking sad yet. Just big and beautiful and frosty!!
I gave each flower girl 2L of tea with bio boost in it

Chubby is still looking a little sad, but I flipped her last night and gave her 2L with some bio vega, bio flores, and a touch of bio boost. We'll see what happens! I forgot to take pics before lights off though, so we'll have to wait till tomorrow to see her! She's flowering with my chili friends because they don't like the cold!

Into straight water to brew overnight

Been away for a week for work, so the missus has stepped up and taken care of all the watering and care needs the last couple days, and they are looking great! Just got some water into them on Friday night, so we will probably get a tea going tonight for another big watering tomorrow!

Cab ladies are looking FAT! And with another few weeks yet to go, I think we'll get a decent harvest out of them!

Even chubby is starting to look better!! New growth is lovely and green, and she is definitely showing the beginnings of flowers!! Woohoo! We'll just keep an eye on her and try to keep her happy through the rest of flower! :)

WHEW!! Have been flat out with work the last few weeks and have barely had any time in the plant room!! The missus has been keeping things going, and we are looking pretty damn close now!! Only a few short weeks to go!

Got about a litre and a half with some bio boost into each lady tonight, and got a tea brewing in preparation for another pretty big water tomorrow
Today's recipe was:
- kelp meal
- malted barley
- coconut meal
- little volcanic rock dust
- little guano

I didn't quite catch chubby before lights out for pics, but she is looking very sad. She's gone very purple as she is phos hungry. She got flushed a few days ago to kind of reset and hopefully get any of the lingering egg shell ferment out of there, and she'll get tea tomorrow with some bio flores to boost the phos levels and hopefully get her back to where she needs to be!

The flowers need their own update each for the tric pics!

Temp: 12-28 degrees Celsius
RH: 38-70%

Speedy is looking fantastic!! She's pretty much bang-on 7 weeks since flipping the lights, and I'm loving the frost. She can't even stand up under her own weight
20200512_191657.jpg

I've had to tie her up to keep her from hitting all 4 sides haha
20200512_201215.jpg

I think I'm seeing a little bit of potassium deficiency with her, which might affect final yield as it's definitely creeped into the bud leaves already, but I figure she'll be alright another few weeks with teas and boost
20200512_191741.jpg

But other than that, time to start watching the trichs!

Gave the ladies all two litres of tea with some bio boost, and added some bio flores to chubby for the phos. She is looking a little rough, but still flowering happily enough, I think we're 3.5 weeks in or so. We'll see!
