What a nice thing to say Buckshot, Thanks. :Namaste:

OMM, is this your first grow of Thai? The last Thai I did turned out booful. Friends who smoke constantly came over, and I loaded a bowl without telling them what it was. They each quit at 3 tokes. I told them the bowl wasn't cashed yet. They both said they needn't smoke anymore! Hahaha. Have another Thai planted, but hasn't sprouted yet..ugh. Only 4 Thai seeds left! Still hoping to get my mits on a Wild Fire OG a friend has. Your ladies are looking great brother. But then, it IS you who is taking such good care of them. Peace!

No, I grew her once before. One of her colas was an oz dry. I'm growing it again for the wonderful high she gives.
Actually I love things with Thai or Chinese in it. I bet you have smoked a Thai stick in your travels.

Your friends sound typical of a first time Thai smoker. I think I spent too much time in Nam and Thailand..
:peace:

Good luck getting a cutting/seed from your friend with the Wild Fire OG ! .

Look at those birth control glasses! :cheesygrinsmiley:

HA!! Birth Control Glasses! LOL!! I used to have the same complimentary pair!! No wonder I had a hard time getting laid!!
:rofl::rofl::rofl:

I've been meaning to ask you --- where's your body in that picture? It's like you're sitting in a highchair that's too big for you. ;)

YMM for pres. Free bud for everyone!! :thumb:

UGH! Leaf miners... Bummer. I hate bugs! Azamax is good stuff - it's expensive, but organic and it really works. Hope they start leaving your ladies alone! :goodluck:

Loving those Medibombs and Thais outside. :yummy:

Never made it to Nam, was 2 years to young. Did anchor of the coast of Pattaya Beach for 8 days. Some of the best smoke to be had. Tis the reason I chose to grow it. Trying to recreate the good times..hahaha. Hope to revisit there again soon. Seems I remember some damn good Hawaiin as well when we were in port at Pearl.

Hi X. Every outdoor grow I get those Leaf Miners. I have tried all kinds of bug killers on them.....nothing has worked. Actually Azamax both kills insects it repels them too, but not leaf miners. The Medi-Bombs should finish in about a month or less...all indica. I'm ready for that. As for their name we shall see if they live up to it.

Love my Thai.
:peace:

Sorry X. Didn't answer your question.

I was taking a basic photo class in college. We were told to super impose one picture in another. I wasn't very good at it! I also had to do a white on white photo. I took my oldest son (nine years old) and greased him up, them pored white flour all over him, put him in front of a white wall. All you could see was a mouth and eyes! He still has that one. :high-five:

Good for you,,,being late! Ah, yes Pattaya...where dreams are fulfilled. 8 Days! :high-five:

The good Hawaiian is still here...if you know someone. Hawaiians usually don't keep records of what they've made.
You hardly ever get the same thing. My Buddy THsea is trying to find the true Hawaiian strains and keep them going.

Man, I would love to go back for a visit.

Ladies are looking great OMM. Have you ever tried Diatomaceous earth its cheap, non toxic to humans and animals. Its a dust form and I googled it to see if it will kill leaf miners, check it will. They might not do any significate damage to cannabis I dont know, but just in case you want rid of them, this is something to look into. I use it under my planters to keep the ants out.

Hi Queen. My hair is about down to my neck now, but I get it cut short and then let grow out again. Hair and fingernails grow much more quickly in Hawaii. For what it's worth my eyes are blue. The main reason to take leaves off is to be sure all your buds are getting light. So if a leaf is blocking light take it off. Many of mine were getting no light, that's why mine look so drastic. I did the outside girls to day. I'll be over soon to look at your pictures and we can see whats going on. Love ya girl. Hope your feeling a bit better!

Nice pics of your girls, OMM. Why does hair and nails grow more in Hawaii? What's your secret? I am going to pluck the hell out of my girls later. I just thought it was important to keep fan leaves but I see your plants hardly have any except at bud sites. I am feeling a little better but I am still having issues with my stomach. I have been having some bad stomach cramps, have taken OTC stuff and nothing seems to work except for toking. I really should mention it to my doctor but I am trying to ride it out and don't want to do a colonoscopy because that is usually the first thing they wanna do. But appreciate your concern.

Okay, shameless "blog" plug to follow...

Speaking of bugs and diatomaceous earth...

I recently put together everything I do to try to prevent bug infestations from happening. It includes several different approaches, including diatomaceous earth, that should keep most pests away without poisoning the whole family so to speak.

I hate to say this, but if you grow, and you haven't had any issues with bugs... it's just a matter of time. I grow indoors with hydro and a really clean grow room, and still I've had run-ins with thrips, fungus gnats and root aphids. I'm OCD careful, but, we have a dog and he probably brings things in with him from time to time that make their way to the grow room, etc. Lots of ways they find their way inside...

Here's the link to the post in my blog: Keeping the bugs out...

Additionally, I've got more than a dozen other blog posts on helpful topics such as seed germination, cloning, harvest and drying tips... even a homemade hydro "root zone conditioner" recipe. There are also tips on understanding EC, PPM's and PH better in my blog. Basically, my blog is a compilation of the most useful stuff I come across here - both my own, and others. Check it out!

End shameless plug!

Hi GG. Yes I have for one grow. Little bastards must be airborne......didn't work....killed everything else thou. Actually one outdoor grow I defoliated the whole area where pots were sitting...didn't have any bugs but leaf miners. :smokin2::smokin2:

Thanks My Queen. :high-five:

I think it's because that we are so close to the equator, that the nails and hair grow so fast. When you defoliate, just remove the leaves that are blocking light from the buds sites.

So sorry your stomach is cramping. I know that scoping is not a pleasant experience, however that is how they found my first cancer. If I had caught it earlier it would have been easily fixed, but I was stubborn and it cost me my butt. Hopefully, you just have an ulcer or something simple.
