My wife would have handed me my ass if the power bill went over 200! Great looking hair-cuts on the girls, looks like bud production is going to be great!

Now, when I was in 5th grade, my vision started to go to chet. I didn't want to say anything to my parents or teacher because I was already fugly.

I couldn't keep it a secret for long, 6th grade 1st semester I was caught squinting! My parents took me to the eye guy and since they had good insurance I was able to get the frame that I wanted....Big-ass Raybanz! I blame it on Tom Cruize "Top Gun" was a hit!

I chose them thinking they were going to mask some of the fugly, but....they were not tinted!

My mom and dad were against tinting them, and I had just started tokin' back then...so tinting was a must! They saw how lame I looked as I tried them on for the first time and finally agreed to have them tinted as dark as they were allowed to (school regulation).

Well, the tint was a cool grey-ish and I wore them....but I was just going through puberty and wearing those things and then getting braces slapped on all at once....SUCKED.

Great to see there is some lovely peeps hanging around here...

OldMedMan, really enjoy your journal. Love the stories. Also sounds like you have a very good community there in Hawaii. It took me awhile to go through both the journals. I'd love to show off my grows like you. Just can't. Anyways I am here, if that is okay with you.

A Note. My electric bill was $545.00. I saved $200.00 using the LEDs.

Cough, choke gasp!! $545.00!! Yikes!! I thought ours was bad when it hit $300.00 Our whole house is electric except the gas water heater. If we ran our electric heaters(base board), the bill jumped to $600. One month of that and it was time to invest in a wood heater. $700 dollar high efficiency wood stove, and the electric bills went back down under $300 dollars. Ran our lights at night, taking advantage of off peak hours. Also much cooler at night. We even ran an a/c unit during the 12 hour on cycle as well. Your ladies truly look amazing bro. I noticed much more denser/darker leaf growth when running LED in conjunction with HPS. Not much improvement in bud production though. But was hard to guage, as we made numerous changes without being able to document correctly. Make ONE change, document for a period, then make another change, document, should have been the way to proceed for us.
