Hey OMM I posted this in Buckshot's journal, but it was meant for you about smoking:
I'm going through the same thing, I'm cutting back, no more morning cigarettes, TRYING to stop while I'm driving, and keep myself preoccupied.
One of my girlfriends bought those electronic cigarettes (blu) and they are pretty good. Like anytime you have a craving, you take a puff, and it really does seem to help.

Always room for you, Brother. Need a few old Navy guys around anyway. I heard you had fires up your way, hope they didn't get that beautiful place of yours. It sure has been awhile. Yep, went all high tech with the lights. Best lights I've ever had. Well, I like to think I've improved a bit from a few years ago. I still remember your helping me allot. Are you still growing or just getting back into it. I would think it would be hard for you not to be growing.

I've always been somewhat of a social smoker, but when I lost my job, with stress and stuff, I started smoking alone and that was the beginning of this year. So I really should quit before I have many years like you under my belt. I need to find a hobby, something to keep busy, like grow weed... Haha
It makes sense that a lot of ex smokers take up the gym, because it would keep you preoccupied. But what am I supposed to do on my breaks at work? That's when I get all my office gossip and catch up with people. Go outside for a smoke, shoot the shit, and get back to work.

OK, all caught up again...man those girls are beautiful. I see those lights are really nice to them, they look like they're really lovin' those LED's...gotta get me some of those...some day.
I'm so happy you're feeling well these days, sounds like the girls are keeping you busy, sorry about your back... I agree with OG, put them on a table, one at a time...much easier than bending over for so many hours...my bonsai are really time consuming when it comes to defoliation too. but well worth the efforts IMO.
You are just an old hippy...I love the picture and can imagine you now all silver haired...you said no beard, but what about a mustache? or no facial hair at all? You're one of the lucky ones...you got good hair genes. I've got them too, my ponytail is really heavy... 2" thick, and my son...he'll never be bald either.
Used to wear the clippers out to buzz his head.
And such a bad boy...you were one of "those boys" my Dad always warned me about. haha
How long have you lived in Hawaii? Longer than I thought...from the sounds of it. You are so lucky!! to have spent so many years in such a beautiful place...ahhh it must be nice. Except for the electric bills of course

Hey OMM, even set the plant up on a stool (whatever height, maybe more than one size) so you can stand upright to work (or at a sitting height). Maybe set it on your desk in the background and stand up. Bending over is for kids (less than 40 at least). I used to be super flexible, but now it's all about ergonomics......

Alien technology in the grow tent looks better without the flash IMHO.
The outside girls are putting on their frilly clothes, getting ready for "Autumn" (like you really have a cold season
