Good Morning and Happy Saturday All. Well it's time to get another run up and going. I'm not sure of the genetics or the breeder on these two beans. I got them as a couple of freebies from one of our sponsors @North Atlantic Seed Co.

I have the beans soaking in some distilled water at about 75 degrees F. They have been soaking for about 12 hours. I will probably pull them out and give them the paper towel method tonight after about a 24 hour soak.

My GF came home with some edibles for Halloween from a dear friend who makes them. Looks like its gonna be a good night.

Let me just say that was the best edible experience I have had to date. I ate two 50mg eyeball cupcakes and had a really fun evening. Could have maybe used a touch more but I ain't complaining.

So I checked the seeds this morning.....I can see the seed casing looks like its starting to split on both seeds. That was after a 36 hour soak in distilled water. I now have them in a moist paper towel inside a ziplock bag. Temp is holding steady at 75 degrees and the humidity is about 90%. I have them perched above and just off to the side of a heating mat. I will continue to check them this morning to make sure I don't fricassee the beans.

How great would that look out by the outdoor kitchen with the Q going low and slow. Big wafts of sweet Q with a big Doobie and a cold beverage. I can almost picture it now.
