In And Out Of The Garden He Goes - Ramblinrosies Moby Dick Grow

I'm here for the grow show!

Sorry to say, you're gonna' be disappointed on Christmas eve Santa. Those cookies the kids leave for you will not be what you'd prefer! :Rasta:

I don't think I've ever seen this one grown all the way through.
Pulling up a seat if you've got room.
Melville there's always room for you. Maybe @Bill284 will share the Cannabis throne with you. Have a great day.

So far so good. I just peaked in on the beans......They have cracked open and two tiny tap roots are just starting to emerge from the shell. I plan on starting them with some fox farms happy frog layered with perlite in 16oz solo cups. I will wait till the taproots get a little bigger to plant in the solo cups.

Just took another peek at the beans. Their tap roots are about 1/4 of an inch long and looking robust. I usually wait until they're a little bigger before I plug them into some potting mix.

Anyone have any other thoughts?

I hate to keep disturbing them, I try to be as delicate as possible. I don't want to screw the pooch now, there is plenty of time down the road for that.

The two beans are ready for their new home. They are raring to go!:high-five:

I added some Dynomyco in and around where the taproot will be planted and lightly watered them in with some distilled water.

These two little 🐳 are now in alternating layers of perlite and Happy Frog. Come on Moby1 and Moby2.:cheer::cheer:

Did you cover those tap roots in DYNOMYCO?
I love that stuff. :thumb:

The Dynomyco I have is rather large pellets. So I mixed some in the hole to blend with the soil and then planted the beans.

Good stuff. :thumb:
I have a little pestel and morter I use to grind the pellets into a powder.
Then I coat the roots.
You can make a paste too and dip them.
I'm pretty sure they don't have that in their instructions though
As long as it's in the hole water will disburse it.
Good job Amigo :high-five:
It works great.

@bill28do they make Dynomyco in a powder form? So you could dust the roots.
See the post above. ^^^

I found the pellets ok for mixing into my coco for a little extra umph!
But I coat my tap roots completely in powdered DYNOMYCO.
Same when I uppot.
Dynomyco first then bokashi and frass directly on the root ball.
Brilliant for strong healthy roots.
The key to every grow :thumb:

I mix it directly into my coco and spray it to activate.
You can do the same with your soil.
Unlike DYNOMYCO it doesn't need to be in direct contact with your roots to be useful.
It forms a web in the soil to protect and feed the roots.
It works really really well with DYNOMYCO.
I recommend it highly.
I'm a fan of big healthy roots to produce big healthy girls.
It all starts in your pot. :thumb:

As per Bill's tip 73 I have also used super thrive to activate the frass/ bokashi mix.
