Ah yes, I know the area well. Be glad you moved north, not much left down there now. South of there is really bad.
As far as your plants, the color looks good, and no noticeable burn or deficiency, at least from those pics. Let them dry out more between feedings, until you see a noticeable wilt.
Here is a pic from my journal, at about 32 days from seed hitting the paper towel, so you can compare. I think your's are larger, and healthy, so sit back, and enjoy the growth. They'll really start shooting up now.
