G, I've noticed him in your photos. He is a beauty. How did he lose his left eye? Does he manage jumping and scaling heights?

Yep he lost it before we got him. There's a rental house in our neighborhood that has quite a bit of turnover and the unsavory owners allowed him to be used as a chew toy with some pretty aggressive dogs. They abandoned him and the dogs one night a long with the house. He was a street kitten for about 2 months, got really sick from his injuries and was laying in front of my garage door. The vet thought that his eye may have been a casualty of the fight he had before he showed up at my house.

He's all fixed up now and has almost no issues with his eye being missing, other than when he plays and runs really fast he will run into stuff turning left quickly. He's about 2 now but when we first got him he'd miss jumping onto things and walk off the left edge of the table.

My wife named him Popeye, and I call him P-cat.

A couple of proof of life pics I gave them each a dose of myco by placing a pinch of powder next to the stem and then squirted some fish water in the spots to encourage the powder down the tap roots. I've stuck the moisture meter into the soil mix and they are moist so all I do is spritz a bit on the surface a couple of times each day.

Good call on the myco, you can't go wrong with it and the sooner the better. If you have any mulch it will help that myco propogate faster and farther. Can't wait to see another round
