25gal res ... can filter 6" turbine fan ... 3x3 tray

will be 5 Sensi Jack Herer and 5 Soma NYC Diesel ... from seed and will need to be sexed ...then cloned :) ..then game on.

I might throw a BC God Bud clone in as well just because its really that good :)

well ..im no pro photographer ..but here are some updated photos of my stuff

I have no yellowing or browning .. everything is waaay green lol and already stinking.

why all the different strains? The 5 biggest are about 8 days ahead of the smaller seedlings ... and am trying to dial in a strain under the LED ..seems the blue varieties really like it ..but none are fairing off badly. The stalks are larger than a pencil on the 5 largest plants.

I keep the tent at 75-78 degrees with 35-38% humidity right now running 18/6 and autofeeding 4 times during the light hours also spraying half strength dutchmater penetrator and liquid light.

25gal res with nute PPM is around 1100ppm with RO ph 5.9-6.1 water at about 68-72 degrees. 396gpm mag pump or whatever 3x3 tray and soon to install chicken wire around 20" above the top of the pots for scrog grow.

Oh yeah its Botonicare coco and ph of that is 6.5

Please feel free to make any suggestions/corrections as I've never grown indoors and always sprouted seeds and took them to my favorite spot while morel mushroom hunting only to return in September to find my surprise waiting for me or not sometimes :(

damn ... no one interested? I could sure use some guidance with this indoor stuff.

They are looking good brother but I wasn't sure if you were asking a question and what that is.....2 or 3 days growth is a big difference...8 days is huge when they are small. your going to have to trim the bigger one later to keep and even canopy but only if its over 6 inches difference and only feed them at half strength until they are a couple of weeks old especially in soil...dont want to fry them right away....to clear things up with soil just flush them amd start over.:welcome:

its coco medium not soil ... i dont know if that makes any difference

oh ok...nutes work best with different mediums so if you are going with coco then see what nutes work best with it and what your ph and ec readings of your roots should be using those nutes....btw why did you go with the $2000 LED?

i live somewhere that I have zero option for heat dissipation. I wanted the largest light I could find with minimum amount of heat.

I tried a 400w HPS light at the store ...and wow ..too much heat.

I grew a few tomato plants last winter with a 90w UFO ... with ok results and figured 600w would be much more impressive.

The saturation footprint of this light also corresponds with my allowable space.

I honestly considered getting 2 of the 600w lights for this growlabs 145. ill see how my 3x3 scrog grow works out first with one.

did you actually get any tomatoes off the UFO? if I could afford this light I would be vegging 20 girls in pots slightly bigger then you got now for a short time and flipping them to get close to about an oz each..something like this

in a 3x3 flood table you can put 40 4" rockswool cubes but then I would only expect .75 each.

not many tomatoes ...but any tomatoes in the winter is better than zero...

as far as your advice ... i plan on doing exactly what you say AFTER i find a good few mothers... hoping for one good JH and GB mother since neither are feminized ... supplier was out of stock :(

I have an ez cloner as well ..and am building a small 4x2x4 veg chamber for the very purpose you mention.

Perfect...I take it you were heating the room then cause LED's on their own don't creat enough heat to bloom tomatoes unless it was a small space..The fun is just starting for you...if I can offer you any more FREE advice with Mike's or any other LED is that grows where the grow space barely fits the panel and has lots of reflective material on the sides do much better with yield and is something to try and take advantage with a LED. In your case with the tent if there's much space between the light and the side walls you can either get another light as you mention or confine the grow to that light and tape mylar most of the way around the edge of the panel leaving room for circulation,,,,just a thought...Irishboy has the samething going with mikes light only he's weeks in flower.....oh and the purple is from the cooling off at night.

well its radiant heat here where I live and had a small fan with a modified flex duct opened on the exchange sucking air into the tent from it.

this 600w LED with the ac going in the room keeps the room at roughly 78degrees. seems optimum temp.

I probably will get another 600w light will probably run mylar from the light to the edges of my 3x3 tub until then.

Im more about finding good mothers now...the 5 bigger plants are UFO's anyway .. so no big deal provided they live and grow good...then ill know I have my stuff dialed in.

btw ..these 2 bigger plants ... i tried the FIM method on one of the lower wide fan leaves and 3 shoots are now coming out from that cut ... and am trying to clone that fan ..even though i doubt it will take ...

where on top do i cut it/smash it to get more cola locations? can someone mark up one of my photos ..or do i need a more recent closeup? please advice.

i put my tower fan on low in the room and moved it to the corner ...temps are now hovering at 80 inside and out of the tent ...

also ...1 leave on the blue fruit has 2 leaf jags which turned yellow ..guessing nute burn ... is 2 little spots worth worrying about? I went ahead and dropped the nute solution to 800ppm and havent noticed anymore yellow jags ...

new update...

I took the sharksbreath to a friends home because its obvious im going to run out of space ..hes giving me a 2week vegged bc blueberry clone in its place...

anyway ..some newer pictures...

the chickenwire is roughly 18" above the top of the pots ...maybe its too high/low?

the dinafem plants (biggest ones) seem really happy ...and the diesel is beginning to catch up to the other 2 ...white widow is growing at a steady rate... still the blues are accelerating daily with the blue fruit fans getting very large now and will soon have to space them more.

Jack herer is accelerating as well ... the Godbud isn't expected to grow fast ... but its wonderful stuff!

honestly ..i was expecting trees, but these are gonna be hedge bushes heh .. not that its a bad thing ..this coco is pretty impressive and very difficult to over-water.

a small update ...

using full strength nutes now ...

curious to this Jack Herer ... it looks different than the others ...its more lanky

can someone tell me what sex this may be? I realize flowering hasn't begun yet ..but maybe someone here with a keen eye can tell ... i would guess a male due to it being so lanky compared to the others ..but i also know there are 3 or 4 different phenos to the JH hybrid ...
