Oh yeah? Every trim I think to myself I should do something with the smaller buds and trim.

My daughter introduced me to edibles, near fucking died the first time haha, still laugh at myself about that.

First class way to go though, my favourite.

Tra said it to me first, and I often repeat it. Anyone just paying cash for the end product really can't appreciate just how much went in to it.

If it was priced at effort, would be worth double!

Been curious about this. In a former life Mrs was qualified food standards certified.

She just shook her head. I reckon giving it a good cook would be 99% safe, she tells me that some of the spores of certain types will fuck you up though.

Its like a harshness right at the end of exhale, it kind of lingers in the mouth and tongue. Its hard to describe the taste, but its unpleasant.

Closest thing that anyone would recognise is MC, totally different manufacturers, but very similar use and application.

I did use a different product before that. I was always wondering just how good it was.

@Trala has a comparison journal of the old one going right now. Personally I blame her for spending 100s of dollars on nutes that sit in my cupboard waiting for spring vegetables lols.

Also, are you still growing Regrowth? I haven't seen a (current) journal.

I got wrecked on edibles the first time I made them. Didn't enjoy it at all lol.
It doesn't help that it's a bit tough knowing the strength of infusions or that I've never really learnt moderation.

So even if I don't really believe flushing helps taste,
I still believe weed is an accumulator and can absorb some taste from whatever your feeding it.
But I don't really know much about other nutes tbh...
I'm still running MC cuz it's easy. Guess it's hard to get it there? Hope you figure the after-taste thing out.

Even if they show pistils tomorrow, they're all 10+ weekers and I really can't have them go that long.
Next time I'll have to try forcing them into flower or dropping some autos instead; that or just stick to indoors.
Honestly, doesn't really bug me at all because I've got a ton of bud to smoke and I can afford to botch a grow or two.
I had planned just to turn the entire harvest into bubble hash anyway and probably would've gifted most of it to f&f.

Me 45 min later:
Hmm, nothing doing. Eats 1.5 more

Me 1.5 hours later:
Dying, so fucked I cant move or laugh at comedy, and The Hoobs are wigging me out with their rhyme speak.

Me 2 hours later:
Never ever eating edibles again. Green gills.


Me 1 week later:
Reaches into grab bag for roadie brownie. But just 1.

Only 1 tail out of 6 but put them in dirt anyway.

Soaking 5x G13 regs, give them 24 hours to do their thing.

All 4 clones (2 × PP, 2 x WC) look good.

Going to be busy in 2 weeks time if everything falls into place.

Put regs in soil. Again only 1 split outta 5, but let chips fall where they may.

Went to hydro store, picked up a shitload of soil. Had 20% off so grabbed a bigger tent.

4 x 8x 6 for the US, or 1.2x 2.4x 2 for rest of world.

It will squeeze in against the back wall leaving enough room for the 2 smaller tents to flank it in a "C" shape.

I love my 4x4, but its a bit shit to get into the rear 2 when there's 4 in there. By dropping out 1 small tent the big tent will handle 4 spread out quite comfortably, and a couple more if I go a multi run of smaller.

Should fit a staging of larger lights too. That would be a huge advantage in light coverage and penetration

As the indoors gets closer to a close that should put me in good stead for next Autumn.

Cant rule out a Summer run if I can fit an AC, power usage is the real issue after space.

I had thought of reversing lights to 'on' at night and 'off' during peak day, temps are much more conducive overnight.

The biggest drawback is I really want to have a good break not worrying about tents, having them empty in the holiday period turns me on a lot more than battling nature.

Have to see how outdoors goes, if its a winner good chance Ill have a rest.

Should be beasts, well for me haha.

Soon as flower girl is done Ill flip, but she seems to be lingering, putting time into new bud growth and swelling up her lowers.

Has serious ties on her, still capable of pulling them out. Real fighter.

750g wet. Found 1 tiny piece of budrot while trimming, so just a couple gs to bin.

Fuck me she did not look that heavy. Really lifted my spirits.

Newest clones are kinda not doing a great deal. They really need a bit more heat. Where theres green theres hope.

Wedding Cake came in a touch over 4oz.
Not too bad, a little less than I would have liked.

Seems too that an air dry is much of the difference with the aftertaste. Came out perfect, so maybe a holding back a bit from feeding late and air drying is the solution.

I want to grow buds that are the best they can be, Im also a realist though.

Sometimes I cant tick every box.

She was a big hit, gone in less than 12 hours once she was done. I put a couple buds aside for a rainy day. Hopefully I can push this next one to her limit.

Did some prep on my grow buddies outdoor setup, clearing an area and building a boundary fence and entry gate.

Will add a shaded roof and garden beds in next couple weeks while they go through tent veg.

Dipped on him for trim, had 4 coming down (all my donors), was a smaller run, maybe under a pound.

Went yesterday and picked up a bulk order of the nutes Ive been using, and he will switch over completely with the newest 2 and ongoing.

Also picked up a new veg tent. Obviously I have a shit load of unused gear haha, this one and the last are the exact sizes I want though going forward.

This one was an odd size, 1mx1mx2m, but it should fit most lights at 200/300w size making winter vegging a bit easier.

Ill fuck off all my unused gear, tents, lights etc soon instead of holding onto it. I just needed to figure out the how before I figured out the what.

Got a mate Ive known since high school who was curious about tents, might donate him the best of the rest yet if he decides to get serious.

Also got a few more square pots, ideally Id like to have some uniformity from grow to grow, at least for the ones I keep.

Not much to tell.

Battling lower temps till later this week translating into not much growth.

I did have to wonderful things I woke up to day.

My football rivals side got knocked out of finals, thats @Trala s adopted side that won championship last year.....and my side sits at top of comp for now.

Finally everything is right in my world in that respect.

And these 2 came for a visit in my vege patch, Eastern Rosellas, one of my favourite native birds to have around.

Despite the shit weather these two gave me a smile
