@shottafire has a little tutorial on cloning as well. I'm guessing he averages about 10 days for roots and it's a very simple process. There's a link to his tutorial in my sig if you wanted to see it.
Plants look terrific, and the way they are growing you should keep an eye on the tape and tie where the split is. It's not good to constrict the pathway from roots to flowers (other than a well-timed supercrop of course!).

That same plant will need some supercroppiing for sure, especially on those two branches I had to release the ties on. They are coiled springs ready to explode upwards!
Everyone doubting the bubble clones they are gonna become monsters you’ll see....you’ll... see.. maybe... prolly not.

@shottafire awesome videos, I’ve found cloning so far like exactly as you said sometimes your going down a rabbit hole and it’s a whole mission. I pretty much followed your outline but after watching your videos I see I added too much water and need that insert to get the plugs up out of the water, they were too wet. I was also babying them and spraying the leaves too much.
They are coming up on a week old tomorrow, hopefully I’ll see some roots soon! Vents have been fully open for two days and I’ve had the dome off for most of the day today, they are still standing up well.

Boomin Bloom Week 2!
The tent is jam packed! All of the girls are growing like crazy! I snipped a handful of node shading fan leaves off each plant and I raised my lights a couple inches to keep the spread nice and wide over the entire hedge of weed I’ve found myself growing. Man... to think a year ago if you told me I’d be doing this I’d have laughed. Without further ado:
Since I split the Strawberry Cream 2 plant at the top knuckle I employed some supercropping to maintain the even canopy as opposed to tying the branches further down. The tape came off as well and it looks to be healing very quickly!

...and yes he is ass naked. It’s the only way I can seem to potty train him. I swear the second I put pants on him he let’s a rip in them!

Thanks Shed.... congratulations you are the winner of a lifetime membership to DCs wonderful journals, so lucky!
I had left half an inch, it kept it together through all the training until that last one adjustment that I knew was way too low on the branches where there wasn’t enough flex left, totally my fault!

we had to do that with our daughter as well. She’s good with knowing how to pee on the potty but, pooping is a different story. If we think she has to poop, she normally just gets put on the potty and left there for a while. She screams bloody murder when we tell her to go poop, or ask her if she has to. We know she has to poop, as she’s holding her bum cheeks and letting out lil popcorn farts every step.... So it’s normally a hour long ordeal, or longer... potty training is fun isn’t it?
DC was my favourite skate shoe until I put on a pair of vans... The rest is history! Lol Ken Block is the shit though! I love DC because of who the owners are.

The potty training struggle is no joke. All day yesterday no accidents. Then shits in the bath....in...the...bath....
I’ve been lucky! That’s never happened to me while bathing her. It’s happened to the wife but not me. Never in the swimming pool either, I took my daughter for swimming lessons. I’ve been pretty lucky that way!! (so far) fingers crossed
One of the reasons I kinda lean away from making my daughter run around with no underwear on is because she dropped a big long turd on the carpet floor... so if I know she’s gotta poop. She stays on the potty.

Grow Room Update - Week 2 Bloom
Hey everyone - just got done a busy night on the growing marijuana front! Lots to update!
Everyone is still looking great and nice even canopy. Strawberry Cream has immediately bounced back from the supercropping! @InTheShed betcha can’t spot them now!
Houston we have pistils!!
All the plants are showing so we have no males which I already pretty much knew. Every plant has stretched about 3 to 4” so far. I’m hoping for another 6 to 8”! I raised the lights up to the max in their current configuration. If I get what I want they’ll land perfectly at 12” from the light!
Possible Plant Unrest
Just because things have been going so damn well I spotted two small indications of some possible plant issues.
First discolourations are on SC2. They look identical to what plagued it before and messed her up pretty good. I can’t see me being over feeding considering I’ve been at the same 4.5g for around 3 weeks now. So maybe it’s a buildup in the medium causing a lockout or a deficiency. Either way, the first test will be a water rinse and same 4.5g of MC. If that doesn’t halt or fix it then I will try upping to 5g.
Whatever this is affects lower old and top new growth which sucks hard. The new growth on top is key right now and won’t be replaced no that she’s flowering.
The lone Indica Blueberry is showing some unhappiness on only two lower leaves. I may just up her to 5g MC and monitor I think she is hungrier. No issues on upper growth like SC2 so maybe I’ll get lucky and she just wants more nitrogen to stretch.
Clone Factory Upgades
A colleague at work hooked me up with some potlights and lo and behold two 18” T8 fixtures. What good timing! Now I can have all the clones in the 3x3 tent with their own lights on timers and a much better environment than my open unfinished basement.
All clones are showing roots through their plugs, just waiting for a couple more to get a little more established before planting! We’re just not gonna talk about the bubble clones. There’s always next run!
Oh! I also got my 800gph pump in, but of course it did not come with the right 1/2 barbed fitting. So back online shopping and waiting for a couple days
