Conradino23 Keeps On Keeping On Outdoor & Indoor Using LOS/High Brix Methods

Funny, I smoked some of my Malawi from 2014 today, but it lost most of its potency, so I just caught a mild buzz. But when it's fresh it's very powerful and trippy!

that's 4 years old conrad lol,but I like yours and pws explanation of the buzz might have to do some this fall there regulars so ill have to do at least two!:)

Shantibaba said once that sativa is the champagne and indica is the red wine :)

It's pretty good comparison :passitleft:

I've grown a few Malawi's and Malawi crosses and it may be I didn't get the energetic pheno but all the Malawi I've smoked had a good body buzz to along with the mind f*ck. My latest Malawi x Panama is on the narcotic side too, it maybe the panama red in it but I've felt that body buzz from straight Malawi too.

From what I've seen Ace's version is not a pure a Malawi, it's crossed with something.

BTW I just checked on Auto TRW seeds and they rotted again! I can't believe it! It looks like these just refuse to pop in soil!

I've been having bad luck too, lately. Lost the last two Blue Dreams I had, and the Strawberry Sour Diesel looks like a goner. I've lost 4 out of 6 in all. Just cups full of boring soil - no sprouts.

I know it happens, it's nothing new, but everything that sprouts in water then refuses to pop in soil? Something's seriously wrong with these beans!

Interesting. I know they mixed different Malawi plants together but it says it's 100% sativa. One pheno I had was wild looking, similar to the Pamana Haze, all lanky and fluffy buds. The others had more of a dense bud without crazy stretching but they all finished with a noticeable body element to them.

It's a cut they got from someone quite a few years back and have been selecting and inbreeding it for years. The new killer Malawi is supposed to be a much more compact and tame version than the old killer. Maybe it had something mixed into the initial cut.

Both of the ones I've had have had no body buzz. They are full on energy to the point where you're almost vibrating from it.

it seems some funky stuff has found its way into just about everything its going to get harder to find pure genetics anymore, so will have to go with what we have in my case its the Malawi seeds and after hearing cons and neikos positive comments about the power makes me feel good about going ahead and growing some thanks for the info guys!:)
