If you keep parts A and B separate in lightproof bottles in the fridge, years. I think I even reused my mixed A+B a year after I mixed it and it worked fine.

And it starts with two dry elements, so those probably last a lifetime under good conditions.

Let me know if you're really going to start that and I can point you to the best instructions.
It is in the cart...🙌

Well then that was a quick decision! Here are the basic mixing instructions for Part A and Part B, though I used half of all the amounts because it goes a long way.

I followed it right up to the "Mixing and Diluting STS" heading.

And here's a post with an excellent video that uses a 50% mix rather than the 10% everyone seems to recommend.

Post questions as they come up and I'll do my best!

Thanks. If it lasts a lifetime, then I will order that, but it does not ship directly, so it has to go through Texa$ re$hipping, which co$t$, but once in a while we have to send something through there anyway. So when we get a package like that, that has to go through re$hipping, I will add the STS. So, it might be months, but yes I will probably try it at some point. But it is not urgent, because I am guessing the new priority is natural-cloning photo fems.

I did clones before two ways. Both were pretty easy. One was just cut the suckers, put in gel, and stick in the cube. The other was a flow-cloner which worked a little better, but then I moved overseas, so I did not have it for too long, but I think I can do it.

Hahaha, making several bookmarks!

My method is very simple and 100% if the cloning gel is fresh (link in signature). @Wastei uses water cloning with great success. Care needs to be taken when transferring water-rooted clones to a grow medium.

Cool. I haven't tried it yet... was reading something Wastei wrote. How does your method differ from Wastei's?
I haven't read his method. When I do water rooting it's a cup of water and perlite with a hole an inch from the bottom (like a mini hempy bucket). I put the cuttings in so the stem-bottoms are right at the water line. Takes a while to root but it's really low maintenance.

And then the water wicks up the Perlite and touches the stem in places, while it still gets plenty of oxygen?

It looks good. Do you change the water, or aerate it in any way? Or just make sure it has enough?

And has anyone tried that with @1.3ml ACV (apple cider vinegar) per liter of water, since ACV is supposed to stimulate roots?
Or perhaps with a dilute solution of aloe vera?
(Or maybe there is no need, especially if you are not in a hurry?)

There is definitely some moisture held by the perlite since the roots are growing above the water line, but I don't know what part oxygen plays in the whole thing. :)

I add more water every morning to make sure it runs out the side hole. I also have the perlite cup in another cup to keep the water from spilling on the heat mat!

Apple cider is acidic, so I wonder if that makes any difference to the stems.

i hempy clone. 100% success rate. the key to cloning is not caring, and maybe using a mild nute mix lol.

easy, our methods differ by being simple and effective. :p

Ah, OK. Wastei isn't using any perlite or anything solid... just water, w/ a bit of chlorine and slight nutes, I think.

Mine are in a coir/perlite mix with slight nutes and myco, with a translucent plastic tote over them as a dome, and misting a couple times a day. 4" circular plastic pots. Usually takes about a week or so to develop roots, then I can remove the dome, give some water, and cut down on the misting. They are usually ready in another week – I wait until roots are showing out the bottom of the pots. Then I plant into soil in 1 gal pots.

Hey Shed. This is where Dude gets his K, is the "booster".
