Carcass' $150 Low Budget Grow 2019

Thanks for the kind words,BL...
My sausage fingers don't have a "gentle" setting,so ,apparently ,things may get broken...
In my defense,though-that plant is so brittle, compared to the others I've grown....
it's like she's saying "don't f*ck with me":)

How’s your grand daughter?
She's doing well, growing like a weed:oops:
She's been healthy lately-I only get to watch her when she's sick with a cold or something- the daycare her mom takes her to won't let kids stay if they have as little as a runny nose- seems extreme, but they don't want all the kids to get sick,so I understand why they do it.
I still see her a few evenings a week,she's a little sweetheart!

Thanks,Prof !
Did a little training this morning without breaking or cracking anything else,
so no new chunky knuckles....but I've got 4 or 5 days of training left,so I'm not out of the woods yet! :)

Not sure if I’m stepping out of my boundaries, but...

That’s what she said!

growing like a weed:oops:

I say the same thing about my daughter! She’s so smart! It blows my mind!! She helped me mow the lawn tonight. Well... ran up to the mower and then ran away screaming in laughter. It counts!

the daycare her mom takes her to won't let kids stay if they have as little as a runny nose

My work partner told me, just today as well that if his niece goes home sick they have a mandatory day away from the day care.

I’m so lucky with the lady that watches our daughter. She takes care of her, as if she’s her own grand daughter.

she's a little sweetheart!

:circle-of-love:

I bet she is!

She helped me mow the lawn tonight.
My granddaughter was over last night, she brought her little doctor kit with her-
I was diagnosed with a bad temperature, a tummy ache, and an owie on my arm-which required about 12 shots (in the knee) to cure....I'm feeling much better now ;)

I think the treatment for "ear cows" is almost the same as for a "bad temperature" :)

Wow that must have been a pretty bad owie on your arm! My niece once gave me 2 shots for a cut on my finger! Although that bad temperature of yours calls for at least 6 shots, so I can understand where she got 12 shots. Those are some pretty serious symptoms!! :goof:

That’s adorable carcass! :circle-of-love:

Glad to hear those shots fixed you right up!

Thank god for daughter/grand daughters!! Best doctors you can find lol

Just a little update on the weedfield a short distance from my house...
The plants are at about the same stage as MsCheese:

hemp.jpg

As in any grow, there's got to be a few that have to get taller than the rest...

Pulled into the driveway to get a little closer look

My son heard that this was a CBD grow, and he was right, they finally put up a sign:

That might explain why this seems to be a low security grow....
So @John Wick was right awhile back,it's hemp -but CBD hemp evidently grows quite a bit differently than "fiber" hemp.
Hemp or not,It's a beautiful field o' green- I'll make another run out here around harvest time.

I wonder how they gauge the "ripeness" of CBD flowers?
I imagine they harvest at the "all cloudy trichomes" stage, but I really don't know...

A little dissapointing that it's just hemp, but it's not like I was going to get to smoke any of it
if it was pot :)

Thanks for looking, and have a great rest of the week!:peace:

It's still progress in my eyes.
It is- It's nice to see hemp is finally a legitimate, legal crop-just like corn or artichokes
Nice sign...I should've put that up at my house ;).
I'm sure someone will still try and steal some of it-probably be in the local paper right around harvest time..

Thanks for the update CarCass.
sure looks beautiful and hopefully making progress around the whole Country.
Hopefully my hay fields will look like that in a year or less. :yummy:

Thanks,Sparkey!
how are you liking those autos.
So far,so good-The Purple Punch (flowering) has grown 6" in 5 days-as long as she only does that for 10 more days, things should be fine :) ...the other one is 6 days behind, and she's not flowering or stretching yet...
Honestly,I think they're both going to get taller than I can accomodate unless I do a shitload of supercropping, or modify the box, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
I really didn't think they were going to do as well as they have, because they both got off to a painfully slow start...but their growth in the last 10 days has more than made up for that.

Tie them down!
They were, but now there's too many of them to tie down-if I had more width in the box,I could
pull them all down and expand outward, but I don't have room for that...so the only way to go is up...
If it becomes necessary, I'm going to move the light out of the box,and actually sit it on top (I'll have to cut a hole in the "roof")-that'll give me another foot or so of height, with the added benefit of removing the main source of heat in there.
A textbook example of "thinking outside the box" :) ...... (somebody had to say it)
