Such a beauty and a shame there's a little less of it today, but excellent catch and fair warning to folks like me running high RH in the tent as well.

We're going to need an early smoke report on that bit.

In my efforts to keep it nice n' toasty in the box, I had let the humidity creep way up because if I run the exhaust at full blast, the temp goes down.(as does the RH)

Samesies. And now with a new 7 gallon pot in the tent the RH is really climbing. I'm testing leaving different sections of the tent zipper open to see if I can balance the heat and the humidity. Luckily it's early enough at this point for me to try to perfect it.

It did test well!
Two grandkids were here all day, so I had to wait till 20 minutes ago to try it- It tasted a bit "green", but it got me good n' zooted....

Luckily it's early enough at this point for me to try to perfect it.

I'm just not going to be able to run the box at 80f in the cooler weather, 76f is about as warm as I can get it and still keep the rh down below 50%...it was 68 when I got the rot....

fair warning to folks like me running high RH in the tent as well.

If you find one dead leaf in an otherwise healthy looking bud, keep a close eye on that one...

I can fix mine by running the intake fan, but that also cools it off about ten degrees (to 66f) - great in summer, winter not so much...

When the @Bean Genie offered me the new Avatar, I figured cool- it's even got my name on it!

Got a new (1yr old) grandson (Zale), and my youngest son's wife's
got a bun in the oven (a girl) due in April.....so my kids have been pretty busy...
MrsC and I are about the same- at our age, that's a good thing...

How have you been VG?

The Grandkids went home, so how about a late Update on
the 70 day old QueenG auto?
She's been in the SIP for 60 days, still a thirsty girl @ 1.5 gal/day...

She's chunking up pretty good

The tall one...

She's on full-strength Rx Blend now-

She's a sticky one-

She's a happy plant- super easy to grow, too-

The lower buds are pretty frosty too..

And, the stump....fortunately, I haven't found any more rot- probably won't, now that the rh is in the 40's instead of the 60's..

Looks like I'm going to be growing for awhile- the last bale lasted me 3 years-this one will go a little faster since I'll use it in the 15 gallon outdoor SIP when the time comes..

And that's where she's at today!

Wow! The family is growing fast. Congrats on all the new and upcoming members!

I'm still growing. The newest harvest looks really good. I did a Wedding Cake, OG Kush and a Blue Lemon Thai plant. Ready to drop some beans any day now.

Gonna do a round or two of autos, maybe stick a photo in there somewhere.

Thanks, Shed- I usually wait for a yellow leaf or 2 before I switch from the GrowDots- this time I switched about ten days early, and it worked pretty well...

You may need to do a sanitization of that box now since you've had rot...not sure if you have some sort of routine after/before each grow. I know I need to do a better job keeping MY tents clean, that's for sure!

I sprayed the rot area with hydrogen peroxide to hopefully disable any spores that got shook loose when I cut the bud off....
No more rot this morning, and the rh is 38, so I think she may be ok from here on in, as long as I keep the humidity down to an acceptable level..
