From what I understand, and that’s not a whole lot lol, .015-.0155 is what I should be using for my lights. .018 is direct sunlight so if you use .018 you are likely not giving your plants the DLI that you think you are or are intending on giving them. If most of them are a single temp with some red and blue scattered in there you can go with what the white ones are.
Just to be clear, you can do one of those two in your head when your less/not stoned?
If you can't find it anywhere you can figure it out with a sheet of white paper and a cellphone camera with a manual white balance adjustment setting.
