well the story is not very exciting i turned off the mains swapped out 3 15s for 3 30s i wanted to put a 50 in for the tents but it is a double slot and would not work for me unless i ran 2 wires to it so after getting tired of going back out to the mains i did finish by working with live wires ! but i have been working with electris since i was a teen(long time ago) so no issues at all everything is good and no poppin breaker in 19 hours 32 min!!
nothing like the time i was a teen hooking up a 220 dryer plug and blew myself across the room and smoke came out of my mouth from my fillings and could hear mexican radio in my head!

well at least it wasnt like Green Acres where you could only plug in a 7, remember Lisa the toaster is a 4 and the coffee pot is a 5. that wont work. the toaster and the dishwasher are a 6 so thats ok

BID, just wondering here. You doubled the amps of the breakers, but didn't increase the size of the household wiring. Is this a safety issue?
I'm wondering because I have 2 x 15 amp breakers I can work off of, but one of them is also connected to my br. My br has my tv and computer on it and small lights (cfl's). As it stands now I run my chiller and fans on one breaker and my 1k ballast and 220w T5HO on another breaker. Ideally I'd like to add 1 tent and run 685w LED with my 400w ballast and a chiller, pumps, fans, and the T5's, and put the current 1k ballast grow on the other circuit with my br. But I figure I'm going to be pushing the limits of the breakers and will have breaker trips.
So you make me wonder how safe it is to up the breakers to say 25 amps and not change out the wiring in the house to something bigger.

well i ran all the wiring in this house its some big fat romex i dont remember the max but i put in cheap breakers at the time, i know 30s are ok i put in the breaker box too in total we have 3 breakers beside the 50 amp main, i just needed a little more wiggle rm 15 was just an issue when we vacume or i fire up my o2 concentrator without making sure the lights and other stuff isnot on, im not worried its just that we had a couple to many things on 1 breaker, soon im adding a whole new line and breaker for another area that will lighten the load on the 3

"Fat romex" means squat; how much copper you got? 12 gauge won't carry 30, might get away with 25 but maybe not. House fires really suck, hard. Just because building code is government regulation doesn't mean it's bogus.

if i was following "code" id be in a motel but im fairly sure that im not pushing past 15 very often the 12 amp shopvac was the culprit and a weak breaker that would pop at the least bit over 3-4 amps, fear of fire will have me losing my 2 precious hours of sleep a night ,then i go round the bend never to return!

today i dropped some new seeds in coco pods 4 auto assassins 1 super auto sativa,2 Himalaya blue diesel, and 3 of my mi5 X cream caramel auto cross i call " mi-caramel" i also pollinated some select buds in the scrog tent crossing mi5(auto),cream caramel auto fem, with wwxbb,purple power,chemdog, and widow bomb, i also crossed royal purple kush pollen with purple power and widow bomb, but not the cd or wwxbb as those crosses have already been made, im excited to grow the auto assassin since its basically an auto ak47, somewhere in all this im sure there has to be a killer new strain or 2 i hope my senses are refined enough to see it when it appears, im really in need of some new males to further my programs, the regular strain program has never had more than 2 males to choose from rpk & p#1 seems tt refuses to create any males, and my luck with the regular seeds has been about 95% female!! ,i want to add gdp, an afghan landrace or ibl, and maple leaf indica for the indica side, and im thinking durban poison or peshwar alone with a haze strain idk maybe super silver haze or super lemon haze

my brain melts at just trying to juggle 2 strains.
think ill stick to my one strain at a time mentality, as i would screw up feeding on them if they needed different things.

well ya'lll gno i luvz a challenge! honestly tho im running 9 strains right now and i feed them all the same super mineralized bpn nute mix ,the way i see it theres plenty of everything they all need they can selectivly draw up what they need and benifit from close to 100 minerals in a super rich microbe teeming super oxygenated soup im constantly cooking up for them , with organics theres little fearof nute burn or ph issues ,there have been a few times when i was short on time and just poured a splash of farmers pride straight into their pots and watered it in ! they loved the super dose ,no ill effects, but of coursei much prefer to brew food for them, thats just an example of how safe the organics are, i think everybody should try my cocoheavy soil organic soup method at least once, its so easy its like cheating,!! recycling the medium is cake, just remove roots rince a bit recharge with minerals n foodz cook a few weeks and walla highly composted high porsity microbe charged medium !, the current girls are in coco/soil thats about 2/3rds recycled mix, and are the best looking plants i have grown to date!
the soup i just keep it topped off with water n nutes/minerals because i dont wash it out or use it all i dont need to add mykos everytime, i add a little root magic every week or so just to keep it charged up with the right critters, by doing this im saving on adding mykos all the time,, so far of all the methods i have tried this is producing the best/most/flavorful/aromatic/potent cannabis i ever have! the worst problem i have had was leaves that got toasted from a faulty light hanger letting the light dropdown to close to some tops, mostly i just sit bak and watch the grass grow! im convinced im in the ball park for high brix growing,
so i welcome challenging strains and if anybody wants to send me free beans to test in my system by all means do so! (wink) lol i hope i dont sound arrogant im not, just really excited at my current results! i sure have come along way from my attitude that organic nutes were a gimmick to sell liquid shit! with the help and support of this fine community i have learned a lifetime of grow knowlege in just a couple years,
i think today i get to harvest my worm castings! the tote looked like 20 lbs of black gold last night and the red wiggler population is extreme i think they need some fresh garbage to eat and my bag of worm gold is about empty!

I was a tech for years, too, still have my tiny voltmeter and tester lights. Did you maybe scrape a trace? Bump a capacitor? Throw it across the room? or worse yet...... FORGET YOUR WRIST BAND?!?!
