Ha. Not as clear cut as it was a month ago. I lost my biggest plant - the mighty Trizkit. Mislabeled seed pack (a freebie) that said Trizkit auto. Well it is a photo. So by our rules, it’s out. It’s now vegging in my bedroom closet till I harvest the tent and then I move it back in and flip her. She’s huge - a coco 10 photo vegged for 90 days now, lol. But she’d have been a 10+ ouncer on her worst day as an auto. So that and I also moved out the two 2.5 gallon organics cuz my plant density was so high I felt they were costing me. Thus, that’s three plants gone from my grow. I still think I’m going to win, but I definitely do not feel it’s anything but close now, and I could lose. I won’t, but I could. Lmao!So who's winning

Focus knob turns way easier on this one. Must have been from the same company, cuz it immediately gave me its own WiFi, and it uses the same app to access it as the other. Which is about as easy and perfect as it gets. It’s maybe a tiny tiny bit clearer than the other one. Of course, it also hasn’t been dropped 15 times. Lol.

Found that a small 3 step ladder works well with the clamp I showed ya earlier. Gives ya a place to put your phone and mount the scope.
I really thought this would give me the clarity I need to make a decision on whether or not to harvest this girl but, I’m still going back and forth.. just not literally now. I do love the pics though! Thanks for turning me on to it!
Yeah the sugar leaves have been covered in em for a few days now. I think she’s getting the axe tomorrow. It’ll be my first ever harvest. I’m excited but, don’t want to rush it and waste all of this time and effort with sub par end results.I see a few ambers

Yeah I noticed all the amber's was on the sugar leaves. I always wait until I have amber's on the buds. I ignore the leaves they always turn first

You bring up an interesting point @Olddog Newtrick - thanks - I have found that “reading” the trichomes relative to harvest changes a bit once you can see them clearly as you now can. I just took a close look at your pics, and just for me, it’s still too early even if you want them at peak thc. If you look at your pics in the background of the buds you can still see lots of half clear trichomes. I resist the urge and let those puppies fill up. Then once it’s all white I decide on how much amber I want in that particular plant. I won’t go as far as to say it’s an art form, but it is sort of a skill you want to have. My experience says to looks close and look deep, and no matter what the buds look like on the outside, when growing indoors under LED, trichomes rule. They rarely lie. Don’t rush it then. The leaves will always develop amber before the buds. Every plant every time. Imho, it’s very important to NOT get convinced by the leaves. Check the buds themselves. Top one and bottom ones. There’s no rush and this patience is the hardest part to me, lol. But if you wait you’ll be happier. I forget who told me, I think maybe it was @Absorber, this:

I have already postulated that you *might* have a point. I get it. We’ll see. I bet my Yoda can test some buds for me.
One other kinda important thing I’ve learned, and I forget who turned me on to this as well, sorry my mystery buddy, lol - there’s a difference between “just turned amber” and “mature amber.” Mature amber is dark. Early amber is light, like yours. When gauging amber, I find it’s helpful to get to whatever % you prefer of the mature amber. Again, fwiw.

Hmm need some work on my skills. Mine is very similar to Jon's, I had one of those but it pissed me off so now its somewhere on the building site next door.
This one is cableless and has screen, has digital and hand zoom. Still another week.
