1 Plant With 1 Goal

DAY 23

Good morning everyone....hope you got sleep and woke up to the sun shine....it's beautiful here today.

Well I opened tent and saw she was all upward pointing, so she got re-tied and all the lower stuff removed per @LKABudMan suggestion...thank you sir.

I have started to build the rig and decided it going to be to bulky for the tent, so I'm going to k.i.s.s it instead lol just some long ties and some heavy weights for my training along with bamboo to keep it straight.

No water or anything today, she felt kinda heavy so maybe a day or two before next watering.

All in all she's good no issues and growing steady.

Thanks for stopping everyone I appreciate you all....have a super dope bombastic day :headbanger:

aye! bondage!

Thanks hps, awesome you know the size of tent well .. I grew three autos last two grows and things got tight towards the end. So I'm sticking with one biggin or two medium sizerz from now on.

I will for sure try bigger pots next time... I'm unfamiliar with air pots could you or @Bill284 give me some insight on them? I not to long ago ditch plastic self watering pots for fabric and swear by these...so if air pots are better I'll be more than happy to switch.
Hey @HappyHazmat88 :ciao:
In my Gorilla Glue clone thread I show how to fill and use air pots.
Plus lots of other great information.
Bill284 Method
Air pots prune the roots.
Here I'll post a couple pics.
The difference is incredible.

Edit again: You should run coco in them it's fantastic.

This should be interesting. I'm wondering if it can be done with an Auto since they start flowering so early on. But you have the experience with them from the looks of your other plants so you would know better than me. Looking forward to the results. Keep on Truckin'.
Hey yea I have some experience with em...from the others I'm at about 1.5-2 months of growth with stretch phase....and actually I'm counting on the stretch phase heavy on this one to fully try to maximize things.

Thank you bill I knew I could count on you for great info.... Can I ask if you've tried the air pots with soil and not coco....I know your a big coco promoter but I really like soil lol but with that said I will try a single air pot next time around.

Thank you Carmen...hope your having a great day growmie
Hey Growms, I did have a good day thanks, and I think my plants have turned a corner yippee. I hope you're having an awesome one too :)

I've done soil runs and promix bx runs.
Both worked extremely well.
Neither could match the daily growth in coco.
Ask @Jon I recently converted him to growing big healthy girls.
You can literally watch them grow daily.
Soil, Yawn.
It will work fine with soil.
Just make sure you follow the layering technique.
Use extra perlite in soil, it will help.

Okay that training goal looks very interesting as that seems perfect for a wide but not deep tent.
Might try that the next time, top once and pull out to the sides.
I'm gonna watch this with interest :)
Thanks fender bender, each grow I try to try something new...I think it helps become well rounded diverse grower. But I'm happy to have you along for the ride.

DAY 25

Man time flies when your having fun lol feels like I popped this little one a few days ago . Anyways update time little miss Zulu is doing great, she's 14" across so far and I'm seeing two new mains every 3-4 inches of growth, currently looking at 16 points where buds will grow....which is awesome cuz just 8 days ago all I had was a topped auto with two heads 4 bud points. This afternoon I had to untie and retie further along the stick as everything was sticking straight up. I'm thinking of continuing this process until the stretch phase stops...roughly 50-55 days in which should give me plenty of time to fill the 4ft ;) .

Temperature has been a constant 28c/82.5f with a humidity between 40-50%....so I'm at  my normal sweet spot lol. But other than a watering yesterday she has needed nothing. All is great no leaf issues and no pest just a happy plant. So I'm noticing with the heavy training she accepts it a little better after I water, when I try to do it when she's been drying for a day or two it's almost as though there's more tension....aka risk of snapping something.....so I'm paying close attention to how things are going....so far so good.

But anyways thanks for stopping to check things out...hope your all having a great weekend. :headbanger:

Looking good, Happy!
Nice work on the training- you're gonna need a longer stick in a few days!
