Just wondering what age you have to be to be considered an old fart? lol...As for why do girls pick bad boys over good guys? Hell if I know but I was one of them. I always wanted a good guy but when I did, they were usually taken. After so many bad boys and disappointments, I was more than willing to stay single. I got caught up for a minute being a cougar but that got tired real quick. In that situation it was like raising another kid, no thank you. When I least expected it, I met my bf who is 9 years older than me. We have no issues, a lot in common and things are way less stressful. And I love him to pieces!!!

Damn I been an old fart for awhile and didn't even know it!!!! I'm gonna follow X's lead and say I am too sexy to be an old fart.
I blame Walt Disney...he got us believing in all that fairy tale crap!!!! Women are raised differently than men. We are always told we have to be "good girls", that we need to wear makeup, be skinny, wear high heels, change who we are in a myriad of ways so we can be pleasing to men and so I think it takes us longer to figure out that that the buttholeness has nothing at all to do with us??? As you see by our stores, though, we mostly outgrow as we get a little older and learn to appreciate the good guys :icon_cool

I think age wise over 60, but many guys younger than that act like old farts. At 50 Jo's daughter is finally over the bad boys too, she's quiting her job of 20 years, is moving back to cali and is going to marry a high school sweetheart......seems like the guy has made fortune in the mean time. Just saying......

So...when buttholes tell us that it's our fault they reacted with violence because we talked too much or didn't clean enough or whatever excuse they give to avoid taking responsibility for their own actions, we are more prone to believe them because we have been told our whole lives that we just aren't good enough.

I took some clones today and removed a fair amount of fan leaves that I felt were blocking the light. I'm planning to put them into flower in about a week and a half after the recover from my cutting.

You can remove fan leaves in veg, it will slow its nearby growth a bit... You can use it to keep branchy plants a bit more SOG friendly. This is from observation mainly, I believe someone explained earlier its use for flower... And they can do it again since they did so well!
BTW, good guys get the role reversal when they go with bad girls

I like your answer. One question though. Don't you think that even though it might slow growth initially that the extra light overall makes up for the difference in more growth to the plant? I always notice a difference within about 3 days after defolating.
Been on both sides good girls and bad girls. Thank God I had the sense to be with a good girl. I think I am the Jo in my wifes relationship sometimes!! I can get downright wacky! Try to keep it fun though.

Hi MsMe I was being factious, guess it doesn't translate well while writing. Sorry. I would never hurt you're feelings on purpose. The Disney thing was just too preposterous to take serious. It did hurt generations of women thou.
Again sorry!To be honest, I've never removed fan leaves in veg. However taking cuttings is a kind of defoliation it's self, so I don't think you did any harm.
