Virgin Ground And The Little Star Asterion

Aw he's a cutie!
Sure is....smart too.
Thanks, these days I try to avoid combusting, and would even like to move away from vaping to some sort of edible.
I totally understand. I try to do edibles as much as possible so I don't smoke as much.
Saw an exposé on cartridges in Hawai'i They tested dispensary stuff and the carts came back with high amounts of lead.
So...caution with cartridges too.
Even the so-called "highest quality" ones had lead present.
Catching up...lovely flat canopy now made more spacious with the new auto tent (room to move), I'd vote 100% on the upcans, sweet heart sweetheart, and thanks for the rolling paper test vid. Was there a brand-by-brand chart of the test results?

Your project manager is running a very tight ship!
Good to see you around again.

I transplanted one Skunk so far. Then I watered her and figured out that I can't move that heavy pot on my own. Gonna get some XL saucers and just use my little wet vac to handle run off.

I may have screwed myself though. I can't see growing more than three plants in there this round. I think the three that are already in there are going to fill up the whole room.

Smaller plants next time...oof.
And that's probably the right sort of bark to use in a grow too.
+100 for the dad joke. Lmao

Hey y'all.

Busy this week so just dropping in quick to post some photos of the girls.

Starting with the auto gals in the 2x2.

They became a bit pale and floppy for a few days when I moved them but think they are rebounding pretty quickly.

The two in the closet that I haven't transplanted yet.

The Skunk that I transplanted...

Hope y'all are doing well. :green_heart:

What's going to fill in the tent when the Bloody Skunk finishes?
Good question.
Either another auto or some photo seedlings.
Luckily I have a little time to think on it.

It's my 5 yr growing anniversary this year. I was going to sprout some of my original bag seed. I can compare it to my original grow and see how far I've come.

I remember it being some pretty good smoke.

I also have seeds from you, Buttercup and a lot of other people that I'd like to get to.

My mind keeps bringing me back to the idea of a multi strain grow. 12/12 from seed in pots 2 gallons or less.
Bet I could do eight in the closet comfortably. Can't see another way of trying all these different strains that I have.
They are going to start following you around until you do!
I'm working on it.
I just got back from buying some 17" plastic saucers so I don't have to move those heavy pots around.
Skunk and Forum will be transplanted by tomorrow evening.
I have to clean my fish tank this evening. Fatty has a ripped dorsal fin and I want to give her some clean water and an antibacterial treatment.
...should be flipped any minute. :)
By this weekend. I have to hang up another light tomorrow. They'll need few days to recover and acclimate before flip. I still have to hang my blackout curtain as well.

I did get my extraction fan installed last weekend. Looks like it's working great after a thorough cleaning.
Got long pistols on BSkunk! Going to be some long hair weed!
Now that you mention it, they are pretty long.

I hope that it's some good smoke.
I'll try anything with Skunk in it.

Sounds like the planning wheels are a'turning!

I hate to nag, but grow a lot of Forum in there please. Your neck will thank me. :thumb:
I have quite a bit of Forum in stock. Two large jars of it plus the plant I'm about to transplant and flower. Think I'll be ok for a bit. Lol

Gotta try some of that other stuff so I know what to keep. Life is short and I have around 150 strains to try.

Wow that's an amazing number VG, but yeah unfortunately life is short and it limits our best intentions.
Most were gifts from generous 420 friends. I think I only purchased about 20 of them.

It is unforgivingly short.

Hey y'all.

It's been a bit since I updated.

Been having some challenges in life. My parents have both had health issues and I have had a really bad time with my IBS issues. Had to go to the hospital twice due to extreme pain. It has left me bed bound and pretty depressed, unmotivated.
It's been a real challenge to just get up and water my plants when they need it.

They seem to be doing pretty well though. The closet plants love the new @ViparSpectra KS3000, that's for sure.
I'll be posting some pics later in my coming Vipar journal.
I have yet to start it but it should be up soon. I've taken plenty of pics to show their progress over the last few weeks.
Talk about an overgrown closet. There is no room left except a 1x1 space in the front. It's wall to wall plants and one is taller than I am now. Think I should have plenty Forum from her.

Just trying to get my feet under me again. I'm pretty tired and sore yet.

I can give an update on my 2x2 tent autos.

Bloody Skunk looks like she is slowing down. She hasn't been drinking much lately and her leaves are fading.
Just waiting for the pistils to senesce. It's starting to foxtail.

Wookiee is a beautiful plant. Just like the other Wookiee I've grown.
It will be a real treat to have a bit of that one back in stock. IMO it is really close to MAC V2. One of my favorite to smoke.

Since I'm finally out of bed, I have a ton to do around the house. I'm horribly behind in just about everything and have to catch up some.
I'll do my best to get back on here ASAP.

Hope y'all are doing well. :green_heart:

Bloody Skunk looks bloody beautiful!

Sorry to hear about yours (and Carmen's) IBS. I found this when I searched CBG IBS:

Nano-processed CBG/CBD effect on pain, adult attention deficit hyperactive disorder, irritable bowel syndrome and chronic fatigue syndrome
"IBS: Forty-six of the respondents (20.9%) reported that they suffered from IBS. Of these, 56.5% (p=0.058) reported their
condition was improved (47.8%) or much improved (8.7%) with this product"

And this from 2013(!)
"In conclusion, CBG attenuated murine colitis, reduced nitric oxide production in macrophages (effect being modulated by the CB2 receptor) and reduced ROS formation in intestinal epithelial cells. CBG could be considered for clinical experimentation in IBD patients."
