Yea. I see no reason why that won't work. The greater your volume of water the less dramatic your fluctuations (pH,temp,npk ratio) should be. So I aim for more water over less. I like the double stacked vessel idea with a small control tank at the end

I think one pump for each system/chamber should suffice. Each RADDWC will hold about 10 gallons or so. I'll be sure to get pumps that can push enough pressure for the nozzles.
This is exactly why removing that other tote was a tits idea brother, now you are gonna be thrilled when you don't have to do a damned thing to your system once it's built, you'll have thought of everything .

I appreciate that! Yea, I truly wish I had more space to work with, but I'll take it. Now, squeezing it all in a 4'x7' area is the tricky part. Lol
My goal is to create low maintenance, semi self sustaining (until I can afford to make it fully automated) perpetual veg and bloom chambers. I think 6 plants in each will work out great. I plan to keep a mother or two and some clones in Catalina's current tent after she's harvested.

Noice! The source of my affinity to your setup is that it almost mirrors my space/needs. I have a 42"*70"*93" walk in closet that I have just walled off to create myself a viable grow space. So far my intentions are ~12 plants (my Max legal limit). In a constant harvest. I plan on two 42"*~30" sides (eventually Chambers) running separate raddwc variations. My initial thoughts are a 7/5/3 gallon bucket stack utilizing an undercurrent knock off 1 1/2" recirc (possibly w/aeration ring) in the bottom, an~5 gal dwc in the middle with a 3 gal Dewey chamber (Dewey inlet under 3gal bucket) on top. It may be a pipe dream and requires some testing before I attempt to implement it. But it feels like an attempt at a truly "deep" water culture/ aero hybrid using one water pump and air pump per side with a Texas controller full of pH'd water to keep things topped off. I have about 6 pages of legal paper and a couple sketches in auto CAD so far but wanted to give an update where folks would see my brain storm to give feedback. I will start my own thread shortly with initial sketches and a link to avoid hijacking the almighty vex's thread with whatever traffic this may generate.

Quick update:
I started the redesign, removed the large reservoirs, added a drain/return line to pump from each cell. This should ensure full system drainage. Still working on it, and will share more screen shots soon.
So far I like this plan better, reminds me of the OG RADDWC. .
