Yes, but the lower double stacked tote will act as the rez. I just need a nice recirc going.

I'll also add a slim 4-5 gallon water tank+airstone for each chamber, and a float valve in the first tote closest to tank. Should keep the water leveled between solution changes.

I didn't add the water tanks to the design just yet, just wanted to share the redesign so far. Still need to add the air pumps, A/C and ducting, but I feel I have enough on paper to start building. I'm aiming for Saturday, let's hope Hurricane Jose doesn't ruin my plans...

I was bored (and high) so I added the 5 gallon water tanks and float valves to the design. I can't wait for the weekend to start this project!

So for rez change: close feed valve, open waste valve, run pump til dry? .

Will you use the water tank to feed in the new solution?

Yes, exactly how I hope it works out. Haha

I may fill water tanks or just the first tote manually with the gallons of nute water and have it spill into the other 2. I'll be mixing the nutes a day before changes. I'll add airstones to bubble the new mix for 24 hours.

Looking at PVC now, and wondering if I should use Vinyl Tubing instead. May be great for the high pressure nozzles, and they're flexible.

Same here! And I figure the flexibility would come in handy when maintaining the systems. Won't be so regid.

Yes, but I'd definitely wrap it with tape or something. We don't need any mold or bacteria to develop! .

I saw some 1" PEX tubing and all of the sharkbite fittings i'd need, but they only had a 100' roll. I don't need that much. Lol

There's blue tubing for hydro on Amazon which is what Hyena uses in his Dutch bucket rig. Not sure what material it is.
