I'm going to use these snap on PVC tees in conjunction with elbows, and 3 way tees to help snap everything together easily. I'll then duct tape and screw each connection, instead of cement glue. I want to be able to disassemble easily if needed without a mess.

Great idea, also helps if you ever want to alter it for additional height or width or girth... I assume we can talk about girth in here...

Nice. Looking at PEX and Shark bite now, but only see 1/2" & 3/4" tubing. I'm aiming for 1" feed, and 2" return.

Whoops.
I know you can get pex that big. We've used it a couple times for snow melt systems. We also source from wholesalers so I will look into retail outlets for it. Sharkbites, I'm not sure, but if they do they will be pricy to get them that big. I'm thinking threaded connections on the grow vessels shark bites for junctions and such. The tubing will spin freely in the shark bites allowing easy removal of threaded connections

Height of water inlet from base surface?

As for the Deweys, I'll have to measure one to be exact, but I'd say they are about 3 inches high, and the inlet is about 1" from base. Less water and nutes is always a plus.
I finished the dual RADDWC design. Let me know what ya'll think.?
The water pumps will pull from the reservoirs via 1" pipe, high pressure spray nozzles into totes, then drain back to reservoirs via 2" pipe. This should provided sufficient DO levels in the totes, but I will add a couple air stones in the reservoirs for safe measure.

Looks like you've got the totes double stacked. Care to tip your hand on that? I've been playing around with using something along those lines to manage roots in the recirc

Get your plumbing hats on, Vex is building a flux capacitor! Hydroponics for NASA level shit! Now that I've got electric down, I'm gonna have to watch how you set this up, it's going to be one sick system! Vex' Super Spawner 5000 lol
