Both crosses looking great bro they haven't missed a beat and that firecracker do you you have her genes preserved? If her structure is solid until the end might be something to throw in the mix later. when you see something in a plant you like always get scared you won't get it again 🤣

Dam those autos are looking good & bulking up nice, question for you if you don't mind about autos, would you recommend plucking off the big fan leaves that aren't connected to a bud site that just go to a branch ?

Before I tell you; Its my first time doing autos outdoors from seed to harvest.

I wouldn’t touch much of the plant until after mid flower when I am sure what needs to come off. I knew I wasn't going to have many nodes of veg to work with so everything bellow 5th node I trained and somewhat tied down to make them bulk up. I took out completely all inner popcorn bud sites on the first and second nodes at every new secondary apical branch.

I left the oldest fans as a gauge to messure the plants flowering time, its been shading green to yellow. Senescence is undergoing and If i wanted to do a final trim I could go for it now since I know I will be most likely harvesting on the 15th.

I’m pretty impressed with these 2 autos... I could do them again next season just for fun. have dry bud by end of July..

hopes I could answer your question.

I'm loving both phenos, as I wait for a possible male, I have in mind a thing or two to propagate this seeds. I took several clones just in case i need to do extra crossing work during winter.

Looking great over there big D! :passitleft:

Thanks for the answer , makes sense for your style of training. I ended up pulling off a few big fan leaves that where not going to any bud sites and didn't seen to even phase the one plant lots of light getting to everything

F@cking rights brother. I have done almost everything that’s a huge red flag for Autos. Seen lots and lots of people leave their autos for fear of stunting them. So far I had a couple of set backs but they still got big enough to make it worth the risk.

I may have lost a couple of days when I did big big HST and some defol. For example my Blueberry Auto I might have taken a few to many big fans, and bent that apical dominant top too far it took 2 weeks to recover. But both plants were not perpetually stunt.

I would go harder next time. I think it’s a 2-3 Oz dry these plants. Q/P between both Autos.

Looking really nice my parents got three Durban's going in one pot outdoors and they look good.
Also a van islander as well here

Yeah boy!!! :tommy:

Van Isl. represent!

Durban is a fast finishing one, I can see the preference for the Island weather. Looking good 👍🏻

I like the 3 plants in one pot style. Done this several times and they grow fantastic. It’s a great way to chose a strong pheno amongst a group!

My last grow which was a indoor grow with autos 2 plants both had over 5 Oz each dry weight & one plant was just o er 9 Oz dry weight before the cure so probably a bit less but hopefully these outdoor ones yield over3-4 Oz dry with the way I LST & the synthetic nutes but we'll see, still learning, enjoy your day

:partyboy:

9oz on a Auto that’s some legendary weight bro. I pulled like 10oz out of my last year Durban photoperiod.

You killed it with those numbers and them being Autos too..

The Mango Auto flow is starting to feel that 7th day drought… 3 more to go;

This is the 5 pm straight in your face south exposure burns 🔥 sun. I set the plants at the spot that has direct sunlight from 2pm until sunset But it’s intense and now diminishing light….
And this Auto is freaking greasy and stressed I can tell you that. Been seen some bananas coming on very precise spots where I had bent before. I haven’t done anything to this auto. Counting days to decide if harvest or not.

The pheno is ripe and the smell is intense. Smells incredibly sweet. Seen more yellowing bottoms… she is at he end of her lifespans. Feeding now is overkill.

It’s going pretty good brother, I’m having a beer contemplating harvest window. Can she make it 3 more days?

If I see to much stress going, specially unwanted pollen, I got the Durban right next to it and it already has pistils. Don’t wanna risk it too much.

But man this Mango is getting greasy like the sun from 5-9 is intense I can smell it even more when it gets hot and windy.

She gonna make daddy very happy.

Hope you’re good too 😎
