Re: Papa Green's Utopian Sub v2 - You, Me, and Barney's Farm makes 3 - Perpetual 2000
Yubb. Still super busy in RL but I think I'll have more time again.
Hey there Papa, been worried you fell into your scrog when you started harvesting....and you have been stuck laying on the scrog smoking your way free...Seriously though, hope all is well brother.
(I really like that chart too, seemed to be one of the most concise.)
Peace
LOL - Too funny on the falling in the scrog thing... except I DID!
Actually, I almost went all the way in, but actually ended up going backwards into the plants on the floor. Yanked the crap outa the light mover. BTW - not only can you run 3 lights side by side on the cheap LR, but you can do it with only 3 wheels.
I wouldn't recommend it though.
Yubb. Was semi-funny - almost-tragic.
Damn that's a great chart to keep a copy of, thanks for bringing it over.
Yubb. Credit to the orig. Seen it around, but not sure who started it.
nice chart for sure!
any plant chart is a good one for us young people!!
I have a few that I look at. They're like flash cards. I like to see the different ways to categorize and tell the different deficiencies. Like some use the words mobile and immobile element, and some say the upper leaves and lower leaves, and some say the newer growth and older growth.
---------------
So - time for some updates...
OK - The Scrog:
I knew I was favoring the Utopia Haze, but I didn't realize how much. I've chopped 5/8 of the plants. They yielded about 6-8oz. At first that seems very bad news for my goal. But, as you'll see below - its far less than 5/8 of the scrog. In fact its about 1/4 - 1/3 of the scrog at most.
So here's a long shot of the Scrog. ONLY 3 UTOPIA HAZE LEFT IN IT!
Here's from above and the other direction looking back:
Here's the same spot two times. With and without the flash.
without:
Folks that's a boatload of Utopia Haze from three plants. But the story gets better...
I think at least half that is ONE PLANT:
Gonna get more of that later. If and only if I can somehow capture her glory I want to submit her for POTM.
So that's the state of the scrog right now.
---------
The plants on the floor:
First, here's proof that the Volde can actually look good in early flower:
Here's a nice shot of three strains on the ground right now:
L to R:
Jack Herer, Utopia Haze, Volde
Here's the Jack Herer and the Utopia Haze:
Here's an older Utopia Haze that I kept short, and a younger Volde I let get big:
-------------------
And I'll have more on the Veg room later, but here's some pics from last week when I was transplanting some Montana from Veg to Flower. Um, yeah. Took me about 10-15 minutes each just to extract the damn things from the tray.
So anyways, gonna say they have plenty o' roots to start their flower lives.
Yes, that's a bulkhead fitting and filter:
And the scene of the great 2x4 Root Masacree of 2010:
OK - Update a rockin. I got some other stuff I hope to get pics of tonight, and I'll get some pics of the Utopia Haze for the next scrog. They're our stars, remember. This stuff was just the warm up act to tune in the room.
Our stars are living up to their billing. All clones from that one big UH - and all showing their fine genetics
OK - As you've prolly noticed in the pics - there's a lot of pruning that needs to be done. I'm off to be a farmer.
P.S. Smoke reports coming soon - suffice it to say the Volde and Montana are DEFINITELY great medicine. Both very up highs. The Volde is a little more psychedelic, but I smoked some Montana at the Phish shows and it spun my head enough that I had to stop dancing for a sec and gather my feet under me. The shows at SPAC were great fun. I got a bowl and some smoke taken at the door, no biggee. They missed the 6 joints in my cigarette pack.
Grats to all Lakers and Celtics Fans! Great Series! I predict we see the same two teams again next year.
Go Lakers!
