Trusted A Fart: Got This Shitshow

Good morning P MillyMan!

Your newest recruits all look bang on.

Omg! I think I might love coco! The growth has been stupid!

Iā€™ll get a couple of pics when I get up.

Lookin great! The first batch of plants has exploded with growth! Iā€™m sure the second round wonā€™t be far behind.
I think itā€™s the coco. I am shook at how much my newly uppotted girls love it.

Off topic update on the work shit-show... šŸ¤£

Figured I'd post this vid to maybe help explain my earlier ramblings... new concrete level will sit 18" higher than the old slab level. I had plenty of room to work without breaking ALL the concreto! šŸ¤˜

I'll be wrapping it up tomorrow & headed immediately to another. LoL
šŸ¤™

Update on the plants coming in an hour or so. Gotta sit down for some grub .

:passitleft:
That's some damn fascinating work you do 9mm.

Things must never get boring!

Ooh, ooh! While I know you're here I've got a question!

I put some seeds in coco a few days ago and they emerged. But now they don't seem to be growing! It looks like they're just frozen.

I'm unsure about how moist I should be keeping the coco. When I plunked the seeds in the solos I had moistened the entire cup with distilled water and they remain kind of moist. Since then I've squirted the top outer edges of the cups sparingly.

I typically wait until I've got a full first set of leaves to begin feeding my seedlings. These plants have started their first sets but, again, now they seem stalled. The one in the rear won't even stand up straight.

Because it's coco, do I need to begin feeding them right away? Or, perhaps, does the coco need to be a bit wetter?

I normally feed my solo cups about every 3 days.... when I can feel they're getting light. I don't let em dry out, but I let em cycle from wet-to-damp before I feed again.
When mine are super young, I feed plain water with cal mag.
Once they emerge & catch their first leaves, I introduce basic nutrients at a low dose. I'll bump feed weekly until they're comfy.

I feed every time they get wet, but I don't usually feed daily. I give em feed when I feel them getting light. Generally every 2-3 days.

Mild nutrients, a couple hundred ppm now. :thumb:
Use a turkey baster in a circle gradually getting bigger and stronger, ppms as they grow.
After a week start adding calmag to your plain nutrient water first.
Happy Birthday brother :high-five: congrats.

Stay safe

I have always been a Promix guy myself but seeing how Pā€™s plants have rocketed off may have to give it a shot when I get an indoor grow fired up again.

CD x LC18 babies got their first haircut. Topped each plant & took off a few of the lower nodes.
I'll begin LST once side branching starts stretching out a bit. šŸ¤™

Pretty sure these babies popped up around Sept 1st. They're approximately a month old now.

Transplanted Triple Cheese #1 and #2 from solo cups into 1gal fabric pots.

Also transplanted The Jester #3 and #4 into 1gal pots

The Jester #5 and #6 did not make the cut. Both were culled today instead of transplant. Just works out that way sometimes. They were growing too slow to keep up with the pace of the group.

Here's the full crew now...

4)Cherries Dubilee x LC18
4)The Jester
2)Triple Cheese.

Seriously considering flowering this group out in these 1gal pots.

I've finished in 1gals a bunch before with solid results. I also plan on taking cuts of each plant so I can run them 2-3 times.

Maybe do a quick run in 1gals this time to identify all my females, then run the clones in 3-5gal pots next time....

That would be interesting. Considering how well you typically grow 'em, results from 1 gal. pots would be interesting to see, maybe something else to bite on 'cause I like petite-ish plants! :Rasta:

I really enjoy growing oversized plants in tiny pots.... These ladies can really do some serious weight with tiny shoes. (I call em my tortas šŸ˜…)
It's labor intensive because I'll get to feeding daily again, but my whole daily routine only takes 10-ish min.
Worst case, they need 2-a'days toward the end of flower... I think I can manage it. šŸ¤™

The 2nd and 3rd run of the clones is where it'll get interesting.
