Yeah man... it was getting old. Dude was guaranteed to miss work every Monday with the bourbon flu; no call/no show. Then be late 1-2 days a week as well.
I understand that shit when I've got teenagers working on the crew.... they're unreliable, but this guy is 40 years old. I just couldn't wrap my head around that.

Transplanted the 4) Cherries Dubilee x LC18 plants from solo cups to 1gal fabric pots.
Dusted their little rootballs with mycos & hit em with fresh feed after transplant.
I'll start moving the first couple Jester plants into bigger pots next weekend.

I went through that all through my 20s and into my 30s before I held a job for a year to get a vacation. Smh I never drank until the weekend but I made up for that lost time come Friday. Had some spare time after work today, so I transplanted the #1 and #2 Jester plants.
Here's the full crew...
6 more babies to transplant, but they're gonna need a week or two before they're ready.

I've been following your conundrum.... haven't chimed in yet over in your journal because I'd bet there are differing opinions that would turn into a pissing contest.
Anywhoo... you'll be fine. Just keep on with your MC nutes. Don't use the MC dry, I'd dissolve it in water to feed.
Biggest difference.... you rarely give a coco plant plain water. Generally just a simple jug of feed every 2-3 days.
If they're sucking the pot dry daily, then feed em once a day.
