TripleG's Apartment Based Breeding Grounds

15 of 17 seeds are germinated and above ground, just a hair over 88% success rate. The two that did not make it came from the repeatedly mentioned sabotaged seed shipment.

Today I decide what to do with all of the Devil's Pitchfork x Sensi NL x Nirvana NL IBL. Thinking I just stick to my guns, toss them in the tent, and grow them. Lol.

The Zorillo Locos and the Chemdawg x Sour Angel will probably stay in the closet until I start chopping the tent dwellers down in 4-5 weeks. The QP auto x Stardawg autos will live their whole lives in that closet.

I guess that leaves me with room for a couple more autos (DDA?) and my place will be full up. I expect at least 5 females from my regulars, hope for at least 2 female Zorillo Locos. The rest are guaranteed females.

Sounds like a good plan. Hopefully you get a true skunk pheno from the loco's
Precisely what I am hoping for. I'm not real big on cloning, but if I smell that smell i might have to take a few cuttings. Maybe breed it with a stinky Purple Afghani x BCBD Purps.

Made a batch of butter cookies with some super high strength Cannabutter this evening. BOOM!!! I baked 6 and rolled the rest of the dough up to chill properly.

Mostly made to replace the 10mg THC sativa capsules wife has been buying and ran out of. She runs out of CBD capsules tomorrow, no replacement available yet. She does great on the 1:1 thc:CBD ratio. All day pain relief while grinding away at school.

First time I used the double boiler for butter. Seemed to work well.

I did some experimenting over the weekend trying to find a quick and easy way to turn trim into kief that I then turn into hash. This is what I ended up with in the end. The darker hash is from old (12-18 month) trim. The lighter hash is from trim that was fully dried but only a couple months old. I'm thinking I want to see if I can find a piece of 50 micron / 200 mesh stainless steel screen and make myself a sifter. I could then run the darker kief through that and see if it makes a difference. I'm happy with the results so far but will keep working on it.

Sorry for the neglected updates. Busy times. Basically everything is cruising right along. Without further ado,

Not as shakey as the last time I took pics. I will be transplanting the 2 QP auto x Stardawg autos and the lone Chemdawg x Sour Angel later today. Somehow I missed those during photo time.

Looking good in here :thumb: I'm glad to see the loco's cracked :headbanger:
Indeed they seem to be as vigorous as my younger hybrid seeds. I wonder how old they were? Still no trace of the strain anywhere online.

I am sad and elated that I have that bushy Devil's Pitchfork F2 photoperiod. Sad because I can see soooooo much sativa in her that I know I am looking at close to 12 weeks of flowering. Elated because she LOOKS like exactly what i am trying to chase, a dark purple mostly sativa phenotype albeit not in the autoflower variety.

The entire tent crew is pregnant by Harlequin. I usually only talk about her stable CBD production but truthfully she has an interesting lineage (Colombian Gold, Nepali indica, and Thai and Swiss Sativa landrace strains) which could lead to some really diverse and desirable phenotypes in the hybrid offspring.

Those loco's are 2 1/2, maybe 3 years old. I've got some bad news for the wild flower DPF, it's inside now and not looking good. Hopefully it is just in transplant shock. Dankwoman did the transplant and said the roots weren't deep in the ground. I should have let it get bigger before digging it up. On a different note your garden is gonna produce some fine seeds to try out. Nice selection

Didn't get to up-potting yesterday. 2 bedroom apartment is awfully crowded when there are 3 adults and two children. Roommate leaves in about a week, thank the gods.... I gave him a month and I've regretted almost every day of it. Kids hate it too and will be happy to see him go. Enough of that rant, onto the topic at hand.

Up-potting the survivors; 1 Chemdawg x Sour Angel S1 and 2 QP auto x Stardawg auto S1s. They will be left in their 9cm fabric pots and easily placed into coffee can hempys. All will stay in the closet, and I will be cranking up the old mars300 until I can get that Vero18 fixture finished and swapped. Another option would be to swap the mars into the tent and move my 44w Vero18 fixture into the closet. We will see how it all pans out, the tent is far better than the closet at controlling the heat produced by the ol' 2015 model Mars300.

Zorillo Locos may get up-potted today as well if I can scrounge up three more coffee cans. These are vigorous seedlings and I am very happy to get the chance to grow them out.

Trying to make space to crack a couple DDA and a dozen Devil's Pitchfork F2s to find me another thin leaf purple Male autoflower pheno. Thinking about a back-cross to DDA to lock that autoflower trait in. That way I can make autoflower crosses easily without hunting through my F2s everytime I need pollen, lol.

Hey @Ganjagrowergu, plants are looking great! :bravo::ganjamon: Glad to see your seedlings are up and running, looking forward to see how your crosses grow out :yummy:

Plucked a single seed pod on Harlequin this evening, a very white but solid fat seed. Guessing they will be ready in about 3 more weeks.

Plucked a single seed pod on Devils Pitchfork F2 auto. Definitely pollinated, definitely looks like 4 more weeks, could be less/more. Hard to tell.

A watched pot takes forever to boil. Don't pluck anymore now for at least 3 weeks. :yahoo:

I just leave them, I love a extra couple seeds :yummy: Why not

I did the light swap yesterday.

The tent is now running on QBs and the 2015 model mars300

The closet still has my 51w custom veg spectrum diode array but with the addition of the diy 44w Vero18 array in 3000k

Wife is dragging me off to the local Pride celebration today, so I won't really be around much. I need to get out of the damn house anyways. Aside from my wife, the only conversations I have in the real world are with my autistic daughter and my 2 year old son.

I had to pull the Chem 91 X Cherry Aliendawg out of the tent this morning to tie up a few branches not able to hold up their buds. Not complaining as I think that is a terrible problem to have. I figured I'd snap a couple pictures.
