Tnoldons Indoor Lemon Skunk Grow (Poor Man's Grow)

Hang in there man! You should see some improvement after the transplant. And RockLock just looks awesome!

Thanks bro. Yeah I'm trying not to worry to much, but it's hard sometimes seeing them when they aren't doing to well ya know?

Haha yeah I hear ya bro, I need to get some patience and just wait this one out. Once I do the transplant thats about all I can do for know so I'm gonna give it a week and see how they are doing. I watered my older lemon Skunk with some nute water, so how long do I wait until I would water her again?

Oh! one more thing. I saw on here that I don't need to transplant the RockLock just yet, so how will I know when its a good time to transplant? I don't want to constrict her roots or cause some problems, like the lemon skunk.

Just a quick note. I might be attempting the FIM my older Lemon Skunk is she is looking better. I think its about time to make her branch out a little more then she is.

WELL WELL! a massive screw you man! ha ha. Your plants are progressing really well and i feel way way way behind you! keep it going so you can send me a clone!
:yummy:

Haha don't worry bro you are on the right track and remember the older lemon skunk is over 40 days old!! she took forever to recover because of my screw ups and they are sick again but I'm not gonna worry so much this time, they are strong :)

You're not behind at all your going forward in the right step make sure they have lots of light don't over water and they will keep on growing! :ganjamon:

Alright its almost time to leave work!!! I got one day left then 4 days of vacation woo!!
I got my new transplant bucket on hand gonna drill a few holes and as soon as I get home I'll be transplanting my lemon skunk!

Sod off man! ha ha! well i sort of have four days off so are be monitoring your posts!
I hope you keep it regular!

Haha yeah buddy its great to have a few days off after working 55 hours a week I need a break :bongrip:. I'll be posting regularly and checking up on your grow as well.

I'll off soon and when I drill the holes in my new pot I'm actually gonna drill a bunch of hole about 1/2 down from the top that will be used when I continue my LSTing. Also watched a ton of videos on toping and FIMing and still not to sure which I feel more comfortable with doing but might even go ahead and try that out tonight! So wish me luck lol.

i would try for the FIM. i tryed to FIM my plants but i guess i TOPPED them instead. my mistake by not doing more research first. but by topping my plants they bushed out a bunch and now i have at least 4 main colas and not just one. good luck.

Thanks UM! ok so if you look at my older lemon skunk you can see the leaves or nodes have formed a good bit and are kinda big. Is it still ok to FIM it?

Looking good:welldone:
Are feeding any nutes to your bubble bucket.I did notice your water level is a little much.Maybe a few inches under net pot.As for nutes I would mix a gallon as directed on the feeding chart and dillute to about 250-300 ppm into your res with FF.The big bloom will really help with root development. But after a while I let my gallon mix sit until the heavy stuff from the big bloom floats to the bottom.I dont put this in my res but is good for soil plant. You seem to know just the right darknes you want your lady to be but be carefull real easy to over do in bubbler.:peace:

Thanks for the info turttle. So I have to much water in the bubble bucket? How much is suppose to be in there? I had it filled to just under the rockwool cube I wanted to make sure it got enough water.

A little off topic...but today as I was leaving my job, I got laid off...pretty damn upset. It wasn't an ordinary job it was a high end media job and it paid very well...now I might lose my house I just got....Shit kinda sucks right now

Having it just a few inches under your net pot will encourage faster root growth. As the bubbles wet everthing and mix with the 02 roots really start to feather out.I am still new to hydro my self but so far I have seen a possitve benefit by doing this.I will admit I still have a lot to learn.Well I am always learning something so many different ideals i see every time I turn around.:blunt:
Sorry to hear about your job.I am laid off my self just got my last unemployment check today.Drove by work today and still not running and not much going on in the 3 surrounding countys. There is just nothing of any signs of work in my area not even with these temp agencies. Not looking good not sure how congress and these dam republicans cant see this. But any way god bless and hope you find some work.

Thanks for the info and the kind words. It really sucks not having a job but I guess I can sleep in now and all haha.

Ok so I did the transplant for the older lemon skunk, and I also FIMed her I think I screwed up but idk maybe you guys can tell me what you think, The yellowing has gotten worse but is only on one set of leaves and about half of the leave is now brown and brittle almost like the younger lemon skunk but I don't think they have the same thing could be wrong though.

here are the pics!!

New transplant! I drilled holes along the top for the LSTing it seemed like in the old pot the roots were restricted and all bunched up at the bottom and couldn't break through.

RockLock still going very strong! here leaves between the nodes already showed up and are big is that normal for such a young plant?:

Lemon Skunk seedling, still major damage to lower leaves I'm gonna pull them off when they are 75% dead the are dry and dead already but 50% is still alive and new growth looks healthy:

Also here are some better pictures of the older lemon skunk. You can see the yellowing and the brown spots and that it hasn't spread to any other leaves, but I do not know if this will become a problem. What do you guys think?
