MI....we like to clear out any branch that doesnt get light.If you have branches that are under the canopy they just take nutes and sugar from the buds uptop.Here is the answer if it doesnt get light it goes, all the power goes to your most productive parts of the plant.

I never trimmed before my last grow, and now I will never grow again without trimming. It really helps your upper buds get bigger. No sense in having tons of popcorn buds, IMO.

They are at week 7 and have been under 12/12 for 7 days. Here is a photo of a couple of my babies.

Hey Pit Great looking plants your an inspiration for me for sure!!! I dont mean to butt in. But I have the same question, My ladies are 15 days veg, 15''in tall,hydro flood tables.Yesterday I trimmed a lot of the small stuff off from around the bottom branches,including some of the smaller branches... Should i remove more or wait longer for more growth??

I would leave them alone, they look good. any other branches you would trim are pretty mature and would be a loss IMO

with all that undergrowth trimming you did, i feel like you could cut a couple weeks of veg, flower them a bit shorter and lose less from the underside, and still yeild the same in a shorter period.

have you thought about this? what do you think?

good point. the reason we vegged them so long was because we kinda stalled in the first few weeks trying to get out nutes figured out. They just werent growing very well. I wanted to keep the veg time at 4 weeks but the plants werent big enough yet so we left them in veg to 6 weeks. lll still prune them this way but not this severely. But you observation is on point bro

Hey i have another question for you Pit... I jus got my CO2 setup, And im wondering since im in veg still and will be for another few weeks should I go easy on the CO2 and keep it a little lower than I will in flower??? What do you recommend?

run them at 1500ppm right now and keep it at that level until the plant finishes out
