The Perpetual Healing Garden - SweetSue's Joyful Return

Dark Devil Closet Re-Do

I've been looking at her these past few days and thinking about the set up. The light definately needed to go higher before it started to stress the plant, which meant a complete pull out and reconfiguration.

Thankfully, I had a piece of black pipe laying around, just the length needed to fit the closet. :high-five: Whew! That was a godsend.

image8844.jpeg

That was more difficult to pull off than you'd think just looking at it. Juggling all that into place with only me to hoist all that weight ........ Let's just say I almost cried in relief to get it done. Pretty proud of myself for not giving up too. :blunt:

The light panel is now the recommended 24" above canopy.

Isn't she beautiful? She's at about 22" high now, and seems to have stopped going verticle. I'll keep brushing her tops for a week or so to make sure. She's liking the extra light. :battingeyelashes:

Then I turned my attention to the SWICK. I needed to split the perlite between the 10 gallon LOS pots, so I filled one basin and removed the pot from the crate to sit the fabric right in contact with the perlite.

image8859.jpeg

In doing so I discovered that the crate had shifted deeper than I'd realized and the bottom of the pot is saturated. This may explain the gangly height. It's done now, and I'll just have to work with what I have. The saturation will take care of itself. The laws of physics are pretty firm here and gravity will take care of my oversight.

image8860.jpeg

All done. I bet she resurges in the next couple days, particularly after the aloe/coconut water drench scheduled. Just let it be lateral instead of verticle.

Now, on to the Med GOM 1.0. I ran to the store and found another basin for that pot's SWICK reservoir.

l'll be back. You all continue on your joyful path while I work and spread more of that joy around. :battingeyelashes: :green_heart:

Graytail and I called this wrong, apparently. Maybe tomorrow. She's getting close. I'll keep an eye on her today, just in case she goes down faster than I think she will, but I'm pretty sure she'll hold till morning.

Auto Tent Redo: Day 39

Time for a scrub down.

image8865.jpeg

Much better.

image8866.jpeg

Rehung the lights to get everything back to the floor. I'm happier with this. Those crates they were sitting on aren't as sturdy as one would hope. Also, since I went with SWICKS on all the larger LOS pots I won't be hauling them out for drenching. Simplicity is always the preferred approach. Some of us revel in being over-the-edge complicated before we catch on. What can I say? It's one of my charms. LOL!

image8867.jpeg

The fan is rehung, everyone's sitting pretty awaiting the drench.

image8868.jpeg

Whew! That was more work than I was planning today. On to the drench for the autos and then a relaxing rest of the day. I'm going to run out of stock today, excepting the one little bud if Auto Jock Horror x Auto Amnesia I'm saving for the celebration of Duggan's next harvest, coming up soon. So, if I'm gonna run out I'm going out buzzed to the max. So I'm spending my day toasted and cruising the digital streets. I apologize in advance for any untoward behavior. :laughtwo:

I'll see you all around the neighborhood.

Huh, good job girl. :battingeyelashes:

morning gorgous

Ya, apparently she found some more moisture somewhere ... ... impressive!

I'm not really sure where she found it. Is she pulling it from the air? There's not that much humidity in there. I have a hard time believing she's root deficient, don't you? All indicators are one healthy HB babe growing as expected, just with no thirst. It's time for a drench though. What's she feeding on? I count 17 days since the Energy drench. Impressive indeed. She's throwing my schedule off though. :laughtwo:

Another beautiful day in SweetSue's garden. Looking lovely sweetie

Thank you Noob. Flattery will get you everything. You, me and Carnival. It's a date. :circle-of-love:

Sue,

The CM is in one of your larger pots and I think it was planted in it or transplanted into it as a small plant. It takes a while for the roots to grow into a big pot. Watch and wait. I have two plants now that went three weeks or so on the last watering. In flower they may need water every day.

Best

You know if we were in the same room you'd have heard my squeal of delight (which of course followed the customary soft and loving singsong of "Canyon" that I always make when I see your name pop up, my friend) and been wrapped up in a bear hug. That's what I needed to hear. Impressive growth for such paltry need for water. Could you be enticed into sharing a photo of your plants? :battingeyelashes:

Haha! Feminine wiles on a digital field. What fun! :laughtwo:

Got a lovely little garden Sue!

Thank you welshpony. :hugs: Welcome to the journal. You don't do so bad yourself. That White Widow of yours was lovely, and therapeutic, which was the whole intent, eh? I have a real challenge keeping up with demand. Tearing down my perpetual to go on vacation set me back a bit. :laughtwo: Good luck with your new girls. :battingeyelashes: :green_heart:

Thanks Sue :) :) I got one bowl left of the WW its extremely therapeutic :) Cant wait for the new one under the new light.

Cant wait to see what magic you do

Sue,

CM was one of the first legal plants I grew. Bumed me out when I lost the strain. It actually grows and flowers rather fast. It is a lot like AK47 in the way it smokes. As far as yield, you are in for some fun. I will be watching.

My stuff.....er, I wish they looked as happy as yours. I am in the process of changing so many things and the plants have suffered for it at times. Pictures are a challenge in the flower room and not that much better in the vege. I will try and bring some outside tomorrow.

It's about the journey? Or, it's about the journey! I never know

Best

I'll figure that one out for you Canyon,

It's about the journey!!!

:laughtwo:

Ooooo..... You have me intrigued about the potential yield. These are growing in Doc Bud's kit soil. :slide:

Daily Update: Day 37 & 39

i thought I posted this. Evidentially, when I discovered at 5:15 PM that I'd had nothing to smoke and went to rectify that oversight, I lost the post. Probably went to another page without thinking. :laughtwo: Short and sweet today guys, because you've already seen most of them.

The auto tent. The LOS pots each got a half gallon of the aloe juice/coconut water drench.

To two gallons of water I added
- 1/2 tsp 200x aloe powder
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 10 ml Agsil
- 1/4 tsp TM-7 (humic acids)

My HB Photo Beauties. They really have impressive profiles. Wonder if I can figure out how to successfully root those tops? :laughtwo: I'm so far beyond "I can't bring myself to top!"

Dark Devil Auto (Day 37)

image8885.jpeg

Whats left of my stash. This picture was taken a few hours ago, so it's smaller now.

On on the right, Jamaican Dream. Graytail, how would you describe the fragrance of this luscious strain? I can't seem to put my finger on it. I can say it's been my favorite for fragrance and taste. On the left, what's left of DeLahaze. The little bottle is my reserve AJHxAA that I'm saving for Duggan's harvest, coming up soon.

image8889.jpeg

A good run and no complaints here. I should be able to make sure this is the last time I run out.

I'm back to burning through my buds. See you around. :ciao:
