The Perpetual Healing Garden - SweetSue's Joyful Return

It's called a dugout smokie. The brass part is called the bat. You fill the compartment with fine plant matter and when you want to use it you cram the bat down into that compartment and it loads the bat. Good for a solid hit or two, depending on your lung capacity and training.

Wow, haven't seen one of those in a while. One of my friends Dad used to hand carve those, sliding lid and all.

Good morning,
Sue,
I try to vape most of the time. The truth is, I like all forms of medicating with cannabis. Well, eatables never did it for me.

I ordered some bulk prerolled cones a few days ago.(I like cones) It's probably the least efficient way to smoke. Anyway, for a change I have some extra cured SLH. Yesterday morning I rolled 4 broke out the scales, did some math and came up with 1.1g each. I had two left when I decided to share with a friend in the afternoon. It goes on. It was a fun day. Around eight I had the SnS bud dry and into a cone. It smoked rather well for something that had been curing for an hour. The SnS is a lighter high, well this one. I could really feel the change in strains.

This morning I tested again with a bowl in a bong. It is going to be good smoke, just weird looking. It is going to need a lot of curing. It comes on slow with no drowsy effect at all. I am very awake.

I have been thinking that this plant is trying to revege for a while. Last night as I was closing things up, I found some dark green leaves showing up in some of the buds. I never know.

I am getting real curious about her daughter. [ ;> )

Have fun

I switched out the tiny fans for something more substantial.

Now everyone's dancing in the breeze. The brood is mostly 17 days old today. The Dark Devil Auto is day 15.

I've discovered that if you decarb inside an oven bag there's no smell to alert the neighbors. :battingeyelashes:

image7839.jpeg

When the timer goes off I turn the oven off, crack it open and let it sit inside there to cool down. This gives all the vapors time to settle so that when you open the bag you aren't hit in the face with the smell. It works amazingly well, and I've discovered that I can use a bag for two batches before it gets tossed.

Just as I was finishing this post the mailman came calling. The HB kit supplies are in. That Doc Bud is prompt!

image7847.jpeg

This was the last of the necessary supplies. All I'm waiting for now is the arrival of the Budmaster and everything's in place. Still no answer to my email.

Alright people, get out there and spread that joy all over the place. :laughtwo: Time for body sculpting, so I'm out for a couple hours while I enjoy some Callanetics.

Doc Bud is awesome.

Dark Devil Auto is beautiful and all

but tell me about your new fan(s).

I used one of those black fans in my last tent. I own two of them, which came in handy when I decided to go with two tents, eh? They move about three to four times as much air as the tiny ones do. I moved one of the tiny ones into the closet to keep the Dark Devil Auto dancing.

You reminded me that I haven't done a write-up on the strains that actually came up and made their way into big pots. Today might be a good time for that. :battingeyelashes:

Always good to see you passing through Duggan.   It's time for me to check up on you.

It's a spectacular morning in my corner of Paradise. Temps projected into the 60s today. I'm going to take myself to breakfast along the river and walk the labyrinth. When I get back it's time to brew a quick compost tea in advance of the next drenches. This is probably one of the few times you'll see me actually bubble a tea. I'm too lazy for that and prefer drenches.

Alright people, get out there. Spread that joy. :battingeyelashes: :green_heart:

Before I head for home, why not drop this little post in here?

The girls are 18 days old, excepting Dark Devil Auto, the youngest at 16 days.

Off to walk the labyrinth, pick up some groceries and get back to studying. I'm trying desperately to gain a better understanding of the process of methylation and how hypermethylation can block the messaging function of cannabanoid receptors, so that I can explain it in clear terms and offer some realistic ways to overcome that challenge when using CCO to treat disease, and cancer in particular. The oil is too precious a commodity to be treated lightly. I'll use every trick in the book to help it go further and work more efficiently.

The study never stops, thank goodness. It'll keep me young.

I'll catch you all later. :ciao:

Wonderful news Rad! :yahoo: Give her a big hug from me.:hug:

I finally made myself get my order in for my prize seeds from Crop King Seeds. I went with 5 each of Bubbha Kush and Azura Haze.

Sue nice choices! Did you have to pay shipping? I haven't ordered mine yet. Was thinking of purple kush or green crack.

And wow...you chose both as photos!

I knew you'd catch that. :battingeyelashes: The THC was too good to pass up. I just watched Cajun grow the Bubba Kush and he made it too enticing. This seemed meant to be. I mean, there I was thinking "it'd be nice to grow a Bubba Kush" and look........ Seeds! :laughtwo:

Shiggity, they didn't charge me shipping. It could have been my charming nature. :laughtwo:
